The disclosure on bood transfusions also said that they cannot guarantee contaminations.

Just FYI - They did this 'allowing the homosexuals' to donate in Ireland in the last year or 2 but they won't take my good universal O+ British blood because I was in the UK in the 90's when there was the BSE epidemic (even though they had their own in Ireland but don't count that one) ... Any excuse to hate on the Brits!
