If I had a list of 100 things Congress could and should do, DST would not even BE on that list.

The flaw in the case is that the complaint could be answered just as effectively by abolishing summer time altogether, and going back to permanent normal time. Why should it be so necessary to establish an artificial time as a way of meeting this problem? And why have certain campaigners always been so obsessed with doing it that way round?
