If the government really wants your land, they'll pay you for it!

And by pay I mean give you under market value and evict you.

So, if the easement is the issue, does that mean you cannot park your car at the end of your driveway if it breaks down?

My property goes right across the road, but there is a fifty foot easement from the centerline which I am not allowed to build on. Yet I put a driveway on that easement, it is my land....the county did not pay for the driveway. I can park off of the shoulder of the road if I want here in the UP....everyone does it when berry picking. But the rules on the highway are different than on county roads, they are a little stricter.
