Also, most developed nations including Ukraine have biological labs capable of creating a lot of things.

How many biological labs do you imagine NATO may find if they were to go looking for them in Russia?

It doesn't mean they are being used to create bioweapons any more than my local Oddbins are responsible for selling Molotov cocktails.

Put it this way you can kind of tell via the troop movements and failed 40km convoys what Putin's goals were, and/or what he hoped, and failed to achieve, within the first few days of his ""special military operation"".

The problem being his invasion force was not met via the open arms and flower garlands being draped around their necks that they thought they would be. Quite the opposite in fact as Ukrainian forces refused to capitulate.

I don't have a clue as to what evidence you imagine they were collecting, i seem to recall they did quite a bit of robbing and pillaging.

And point-of-fact invasion forces are not exactly the best way to collect credible "evidence", so there is that.
