Want to see a glaring example of what is wrong in the criminal justice system today? Read below. It is shocking that this can happen and the guy doesn't even get put on the sex offender register. Hell, he won't even serve the whole 180 days.

I would really like to know who cut these deals because I suspect a Soros DA involved in this one.

www.postbulletin.com...

Shei was then given a plea deal that included his stay of adjudication and no prison time in exchange for him not challenging certification in adult court, which allowed for his continued prosecution, according to Olmsted County Senior Attorney Thomas Gort.

Shei entered an Alford plea in December 2022, meaning that while he does not admit guilt, he admits that a jury would convict him based on the evidence.

Shei's lawyer, James McGeeney, argued that the court lacked the authority to impose any jail time, as that was not "the spirit" of the plea agreement and any jail sentence would be in violation of the agreement.

With good behavior, Shei will serve, at most, 116 days in the Olmsted County Adult Detention Center. His jail sentence will begin Feb. 13, 2023. Shei was also ordered to undergo a sex offender program and complete 200 hours of community service.

He will not be required to register as a sex offender.

One of the juveniles in this case was around 9 years old and the other juvenile was between 4 and 5 years old at the time of the sexual assaults.

F this “justice” we need to go back to where the Family takes care of it while the neighbors watch and cheer.
Anyone that does this to children this young is not able to be cured. They are worthless flesh.

The only other option, extreme scientific/medical experimentation on them. Lock them up and let the lab animals go.
Poke, prod and rip their scalp off and stick needles in their eyes.

There are examples of this everywhere. A cop in Tennessee in his 40s got probation for raping a 12 year old girl for over a year.

A South Carolina former council member just got no jail time for raping a girl under 11.

There are a ton of examples. But let someone take that same child out of state for an abortion because of a rape and watch them go to jail. It's sick.

Like I been telling Pedos will have rights and in a few years, Pedophilia will be acceptable in the US.

This will ensure that child brides will be normal in the US for those immigrants from middle eastern countries that their traditions require underage wives.

Life in America the land of the free and justice for all.

Re: www.postbulletin.com...

Something about the Minnesota culture makes people forgiving of many things that dark skinned people do.

1. Minnesota gave George Floyd's family $25 million

2. Minnesota loves ILHAN OMAR

3. Minnesota citizens elected Keith Ellison as their Attorney General, of all things!

4. Minnesota parents cheered when my son scored a touchdown. We were the VISITING team.

Yes...they are S-T-R-A-N-G-E.

Why was he not initially charged with some type of sexual assault or sexual crime? From your link:

Shei was facing three different felony first-degree criminal conduct charges in two separate cases. His plea deal called for no prison time, a stay of adjudication and the dismissal of two out of three charges. If Shei completes his probation, all charges against him will be dismissed and will not be on his criminal record.

Also seems like to me the prosecutors did the best they could with the cards they were dealt.

Shei was 15 and 16 years old at the time of the sexual assaults and he was initially charged in juvenile court in 2019. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, his case was pushed back to the point that prosecutors would soon lose jurisdictional authority to prosecute the case.

Charges were dismissed against Shei in those cases but were soon refiled. Shei was then given a plea deal that included his stay of adjudication and no prison time in exchange for him not challenging certification in adult court, which allowed for his continued prosecution, according to Olmsted County Senior Attorney Thomas Gort.

Seems like because of delays due to coronavirus, they lost the ability to prosecute him as a juvenile and had to refile as an adult which led to this ridiculous deal being done in order to even be able to hold him accountable for anything. Just wrong and crazy.

I get the distinct feeling that this "New Babylon" is us. FYI for those that don't know, this is a future prediction in Revelation which was written 500 years after the original city of Babylon had already ceased to exist and that Babylon was not on the oceans.

And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, “Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird!

For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury.”

And I heard another voice from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues.

For her sins have reached to heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities.

Render to her just as she rendered to you, and repay her double according to her works; in the cup which she has mixed, mix double for her.

In the measure that she glorified herself and lived luxuriously, in the same measure give her torment and sorrow; for she says in her heart, ‘I sit as queen, and am no widow, and will not see sorrow.’

Therefore her plagues will come in one day—death and mourning and famine. And she will be utterly burned with fire, for strong is the Lord God who judges her.

“The kings of the earth who committed fornication and lived luxuriously with her will weep and lament for her, when they see the smoke of her burning, standing at a distance for fear of her torment, saying, ‘Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! For in one hour your judgment has come.’

“And the merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her, for no one buys their merchandise anymore:

The fruit that your soul longed for has gone from you, and all the things which are rich and splendid have gone from you, and you shall find them no more at all.

The merchants of these things, who became rich by her, will stand at a distance for fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,

For in one hour such great riches came to nothing.’ Every shipmaster, all who travel by ship, sailors, and as many as trade on the sea, stood at a distance and cried out when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, ‘What is like this great city?’

“They threw dust on their heads and cried out, weeping and wailing, and saying, ‘Alas, alas, that great city, in which all who had ships on the sea became rich by her wealth! For in one hour she is made desolate.’

“Rejoice over her, O heaven, and you holy apostles and prophets, for God has avenged you on her!”

And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

The light of a lamp shall not shine in you anymore, and the voice of bridegroom and bride shall not be heard in you anymore. For your merchants were the great men of the earth, for by your sorcery all the nations were deceived.

This is the key passage, I think. There is no city on earth today that could affect the entire world's markets if it should suddenly disappear. It has to be talking about something bigger than a city. Something like a whole country.

And this country will be at a distance from what the known earth was back when the Bible was written. I think it's describing America.

And America will fall in one hour while the rest of the world watches the smoke of her burning.

Your the first to post "I see what they did there" but I like to point out a few details.

plea deal that included his stay of adjudication

Had he not "agreed" to be prosecuted, he would have gone scott free.

Also 30 years of probation. That much time it's guaranteed he will mess up. When that happens its a new felony.

On supervised probation, no drinking, no quitting your job without you po (probation officers) permission, monthly plus random drug tests, will have a curfew and po will check, no complaints from neighbors. If they really want to get him a speeding ticket or rolling stop would be enough.

Best part, if he figures out the stay of adjudication part, he can't even appeal since he entered a guilty plea.

This one time I think they did the best they could.

The whole US economy would collapse in such an event and we wouldn't be importing anything.

In that last chapter and verse you quoted, Revelation 18:23, in that last line - "and all nations were deceived by your sorcery", that last word "sorcery" was translated from the ancient Greek word “pharmakia”. The Greek word “pharmakeia” is the origin of the English words Pharmacy, Pharmacist & Pharmaceutical.

Let that sink in, that big pharma will deceive all nations in the end times. The most common interpretation of pharmakeia based on it's usage at the time was potions, aka drugs, poisons and medications, anything that falls under pharmaceuticals, that would include vaccines or gene therapy as well.

Chances are those girls were overly stimulated in their hypersexual surroundings and willingly experimented with the boy.
