As one of the only states that has completely decriminalized drugs, it is now turned into a "safe haven" of sorts for the homeless, drug addicted, transient people and they are flocking here in the groves!
I suppose compared to Portugal, Oregon has different socio-economical and demigraphic characteristics that make it a larger problem for the decriminalization to effect change like it has there!

Perhaps!!!
In fact...likely!!!
Why?
I suppose so, it would be interesting to know those differences.
Many people thought that would happen in Portugal, specially with the no-border policy of European Union, but it never happened.

Good christ, the fact this kind of crap is just east of us and is headed in this direction if we dont pull the heads out of our collective asses is terrifying, seattle is already a crap show, I have family in Idaho and theyve been preparing for the incoming craziness and are moving away from the city
I've begun seeing "zombies" with Necrotizing Fasciitis here in Seattle. It's quite startling the first time you see a mentally insane drug addicted person with this condition. They really do look like something out of a movie or video game- it's not a mental image you ever want to keep with you.
