Where's the real source, the one that contains the actual memo/letter to the doctors for our perusal?
Here.
“responsible use of prescription medications and/or referral to psychotherapy may be available options“

I read the whole source you posted and there is nothing in there related to what the OP is claiming.
Suicidal thoughts
In rare cases, some people experience suicidal thoughts and a desire to self-harm when they first take antidepressants. Young people under 25 seem particularly at risk.
Contact your GP, or go to A&E immediately, if you have thoughts of killing or harming yourself at any time while taking antidepressants

Physicians are reminded to be aware of how their actions on social media or other forms of communication could be viewed by others, especially during a pandemic. Your comments or actions can lead to patient/public harm if you are providing an opinion that does not align with information coming from public health or government.

There was a study done about a year into this whole mess that showed that among whites, those of higher education, specifically PHDs, were much more likely to be covid vaxx hesitant.

When you look at the comments on Dr. Campbell's vid. It seems that Heart problems are not as few and far between as the vax pushers would admit to. It seems that especially runners are feeling the effects to greater or lesser degrees. Here the questions are finally being addressed, but getting through this will be rough.www.youtube.com...

Meds and psychotherapy because “fear of needles”
First off most “anti vax” aren’t anti vax and secondly most aren’t afraid of needles.
We do however densest pricks that put words in our mouth and push for drugging us because of some made up phobia they accuse us of having.
How do you interpret that statement in the document?
"For example, for extreme fear of needles (trypanophobia) or other cases of serious concern, responsible use of prescription medications and/or referral to psychotherapy may be available options. Overall, physicians have a responsibility to allow their patients to be properly informed about vaccines and not have those anxieties empowered by an exemption."
