Why do Democrats keep creating Issues that are not Issues to the rest of us

For starters,
I am no longer affiliated with either major political party here in America. I lean more conservatives on most issues as this seems to be the party of "common sense" still. I have also realized that the Republican party has a history of choosing to sit on their hands instead of stopping the madness that has spread through our political system throughout the years on both sides. Why do they not do anything? BC they aren't in control of either house? NO, they are complicit to a degree and are more concerned with saving their own arse/job instead of doing what the people elected them to do (represent them!).

With that being stated, I find it odd that one of only two parties in this country is constantly attempting to divide and conquer an already placid, weak and exhausted populace here in America. If it isn't race baiting on MSM they find something else to attempt to split the people on; abortion being a big one lately. But the biggest one I have seen recently is the TRANS " voting rights" adds I keep seeing. They have some poor soul on there "I am a trans dad/mom and I want you to feel safe voting too. Tired of questions like 'what's your real name' and the looks you get at the polling station.."

All I can think to myself is "no sh*t" you are literally in costume! If your legal name is Chris but you now go by "Christina" but have not changed your name legally with your state then give them your legal name and BLAMO no worries. My nickname is "Dan" but I tell the pole workers my real name is Daniel. Not that hard, no feelers hurt moved on and marked my choice. I live in Oklahoma (not a progressive state at all) and I have yet to see or hear any hate speech towards that community in general. We all are tired of hearing about it TBH. To each their own no matter how strange and I truly feel most Americans are of the same mindset. The adds need to be more geared towards the corruption of our elected officials and how THAT MAKES US FEEL!

Are these "issues" simply to distract us while they reach behind our back and slide their slimy fingers into our pockets for the loose change they left us with after taxing us to death?

I just can't anymore with this country...

Democrats enact change that puts us closer to socialism and Republicans stay silent.

Republicans enavt change and the whole country errupts in flames and riots.

It's not hard to surmise there on the same team, and the populous that disagrees with their policies is 'the other' team....the one without a voice.

They have to have something to campaign on. Who else are they going to promise the world too and then ignore once the election is over? Near enough everyone else doesn’t trust a word they say.

get you pissed about something else and off what they are really doing so you won't notice until it's to late.

You're right about the majority of Americans aren't focused on the issues the left likes to champion. However the left also underestimate this silent majority. They keep poking this contingent with a stick eventually the contingency will turn. What will it take? I don't know but it is coming sooner than later.
Republican politicians are basically a spineless collective of self serving demagogue's who act as enablers to the left and their inane policies. Until there are term limits and the voters hold their representation accountable expect more of the same bullsh!t likely to get worse.
The majority of Congress is a self serving, intelligence lacking body which does partisan things which only erodes our republic. We are led by children masquerading as adults.
As grandma always said people get the government they deserve in this country.
Therefore I can only surmise the American voting populace is damn happy to elect people who care not one iota about them or their concerns.
Here we are in 2022. Nicely done America!!

We had an issue last year which resulted in having to contact our local congressman's office -
I called, emailed, and faxed paperwork to them numerous times. Never even got the courtesy of a return phone call.
Eventually I was passed from a young man to the head person in their office, a spanish woman who was rude beyond belief, claiming no paperwork was ever received, and did absolutely nothing for us.
He was a democrat - is anyone really surprised?

Why? Are you serious? Because working a real job is awful. The federal government is where it’s at. Easy money, job security. No drug tests either.
These people are talentless hacks who would burn the country to the ground because they don’t want to work a real job.

They forget that they work for us.

Splitting people up into micro groups is the Marxist name of the game.
I was talking to my wife the other day about all the hyper projection and tribalism inherent in all these (mostly newer)flags that people inexplicably feel like flying to show off their differences.
The LGBTQ flag
The Blue Line Pro-Police Flag
The MAGA flag
The BLM flag
The Don't Tread on Me flag
etc etc
a scant 15 or so years ago most of these things were not even a thing, people weren't displaying stickers or flags of all thsi random # to show their tribalism.
It's disgusting.
The only flag we should be caring about and rally behind united, is our country's flag.
Instead we have all this manufactured division and the industries that thrive off of it.

because they can't/won't fix the issues that are a real & present danger but to be fair neither can or will either side in my country and the ones that do are taken down very quickly hence heading for our 4th pm in a year..

the inability to govern is because there are 2 camps those that want to live in past orthodoxy and those who who want to try something new, the US democrats sit in that past orthodoxy pot and are making the same errors because its all they know which is why Biden is the perfect advert of where we all are.. stuck with failed orthodoxy..

If politicians were honest they'd just tell the plebs that they are not relevant and the big decisions is taken by big corporations, basically closing shop... But you know the show must go on, please buy your ticket enter the theater and enjoy the show...

You're right. Of course. How does one present proper photo ID for a made-up identity? One can't. So call the photo ID law bad, and end it completely.

Because it's only fair. It makes perfect sense in the context of trying to ban photo ID for photos.

Which, of course, means that anyone can make up an identity and go vote on a whim. And if you self-identify as multiple genders/personalities, then I guess they ALL get to vote too.

And, of course, any and all bad actors can vote multiple times as well.

Its because the democrats have done everything they can to align themselves with activists as a whole. Problem is, there are few real problems to be an activist against that the democrats will support. So these people have to go after things the democrats will agree on TV is an issue, but not be an attack on the democrats. So now we have activists trying to meddle in everything like schools, bathrooms, sex ed, letting people out of jail. They can attack anything they want, as long as the democrats dont have a problem with it. There is a ton of money behind those activists, and they have to keep it flowing by finding new causes.

You will not see this army of activists attacking any problems caused by the democrats because they are not allowed and it will not get coverage.

Irony is, the things in this country that make the most sense to speak out against are perpetrated by the people who back the activists in their crazy pursuits.
