100%. They will provide an advantage locally but that's about it. And they aren't indestructible. The tank is battle tested though and performed well although they did get beat up by AT and IED's.

And to add to my point from earlier...

There are a lot of Ukrainians in Poland getting trained so I am sure they will/are training some them to crew them.

Germanys views are dangerous not only to Ukraine , but to other countrys too who are near Russia . Us Finns and Poles know too well this.

I am seeing signs also that NATO is not working as should. Turkey and Hungary not acceptin Finland and Sweden to NATO , and now Germany is doing this stubid game.

Look's soon that Britain led JEF forces will be NATO 2.0 , if few more countrys join to it, and USA backing it also.


In this situation, i think countys with leopards should just show midle finger to Germany and send the tanks to Ukraine.

Whatever is being sent, it’ll be destroyed. And they know this.

Be sure any Tank captured, will be in a museum.

Poland in reality wants a piece of Ukraine “the historical west”.

Perhaps they might get it. But 100% definitely not the East.

France/Macron has also been giving odd statements yes..

If you remember Scholz visited Moscow to meet Putin just before the Ukraine war, he got nothing and just was played by Putin .

I think Europe have to rethink security if some NATO members are clearly not interested anymore the ideology and values it have .

Germany's incompetent, callous ex-defense minister Lambrecht FORBADE the Bundeswehr to analyze its equipment to determine what could be sent to Ukraine!! The reason: having this info would increase the pressure on Scholz to deliver Leopard!

Lambrecht is said to have banned Leopard inventory shortly before resigning

It`s normal to get equipment destroyed, men killed ......it`s war .

But without enough good equipment , even more men would be killed in war.

So it`s logical to help Ukraine , giving more equipment etc.

I Find Nothing and i say again Nothing Logical about Any Nato Country supplying Ukraine anything at all, with it not even being a Nato Country

Now if Russia had Invaded a Nato Country then supply all you want.

The Only thing USA and UK are doing is Prolonging this further and costing more Ukrainian Deaths

The Irony is strong here-Germany are getting lambasted for NOT sendng in tanks to another European country.

Cav knows this better but i think Germany was acting much better in the 80s , then all changed with the leadership .

M1A1 Abrams which run on jet fuel also.

I dont see West can afford not to send MBT to Ukraine , leopards would be much more logical.

They do have now new M1A1 Abrams in Poland, maybe they will train Ukrainians there ? i dont know.

They did want take Kiev , but failed doing it .

Russia wants to have buffer zones, as it feel chronically insecure and paranoid , plus it really hate Ukrainians as they dont want bow to Kremlin .

Jet fuel is basically kerosene... A jet engine can basically run on anything as long as it is tuned for it.

Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson and all 4 will be 100% Russian before this is over maybe Odessa as will if they democratically vote to become part of the Federation.

Is it just me or are all these high branking millitairy officers and diplomats idiots..? This war needs to end as soon as possible.. The nato nmembers should not just give tanks and money to Ukraine...what about having a talk with russia first? We here in europe see food and energy/ petrol prices dropp which give most people an optimistic feel that everything is going for themselves in the right direction. While the situation ..the war in Ukraine is about to worsen to the next devestating level we have not seen before. Do not forget that putin will have a justified excuse to response with equally distructive weapons.. If this war will not end soon..or no effort being made to end it we should prepare for we feared most. If you take a realistic view on both capabillities fact is that ukraine will never winn that war without full nato support.

Anyways...I assume that the generals and diplomats are no fools and understand that this war should not escalate into europe. If it will we can assume it was always the intent it would.
