Today is the day Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin turns 70 , but rather than watch telly ,eat cake and drink Shampers the Birthday boy is holding a meeting with former Soviet republic heads ... but what to give the man who has everything.

The most useful gift of the day came from Head of Belarus , Alexander Lukashenko gave Vlad a tractor because every boy wants a tractor and he has a lot of grass to mow at his new publicly funded mansion but the most artistic and thoughtful gift came from the President of Tajikistan , Emomali Rahmon who gave the Birthday boy a couple of Melon Pyramids ... just because.
Vlads Melons

And the people of the The Czech Republic joined the festivities by giving the embattled President a lovely Statue.

Sweet.

I respected him not so long ago , the stupidity of what he has done deserves no respect.

That is such a good question, what do you give the person that has everything.

Nothing, because it’s never enough.
These people can have all worldly treasures, but it isn’t enough.
They can have any food or drink, it isn’t enough.
They can have anything including the illicit, but it isn’t enough.

If there was one thing I could gift him and the other world leaders with itchy trigger fingers, it would
Be Enough.

Friends don't give friends Belarus tractors.

(Remember when those things came to the US in the 1980's. Cheap, and the buyer got what they paid for...)

I read something earlier about the statue he received, where he's sitting on the toilet. The sculptor gave him a very small wacker-doodle.

They can never be sated as they always "want" more

It's a never ending contest between the elite

and the people are the only losers.
