Given that he's apparently rich, and is famous and the ex potus, you'd think top legal firms all over the country would be desperate to represent him wouldn't you. You know, rather than a team of absolute nobodies.

The fun part is that Trump is depleting the republican PAC war chests with all his legal bills. They're not going to have enough money to win the White House, the House, or the Senate in 2024. That will be their wakeup call but they will be too scared of the base to dump Trump.
