AHAHAHA!

I remember when I first found out why a computer bug was called a "bug"... because the original ones were usually due to literal bugs (mostly roaches) crawling through the guts of the computer, shorting a line out, and getting fried in place!

You know about it; I know about it; but I'd bet good money we're in the 1% who do.

The Biden regime just seized My Pillow guy's cell phone. Mike Lindell is a Christian that sells pillows... and is a Trump supporter.

The Biden regime has unleashed their corrupt DOJ against a political rival, and all of his supporters. This is painfully obvious.

The Gateway Pundit has reported that the FEDS have been active on their website... scrutinizing both content and user comments.

BEWARE: Feds in the threads

Above Top Secret members, beware... we probably have FEDS in our threads.

I would be very cautious when on this website. I am NOT throwing shade at ATS ownership or the moderators in any way... The DOJ has an unlimited budget, and they will do as they want. They executed a raid on the home of a former POTUS... that was a clear message to the rest of us... I'm just saying to choose your words carefully, they may very well be used against you.

Well. We already know the Russians are on this site. So why not the FBI/CIA/DIA?

But even more compelling. As I postulated during the CDR Fravor encounter. The Aliens are probably here too. (They cracked a non-online top-secret database aboard an Aircraft Carrier, digested all of its' knowledge, and appeared at the CAP Point in mere seconds.)

Just to take it up a few notches.

For the record:

I wish there were more russians here, many more, just not the ones paid to spread their absurd propaganda and run.

Anyone willing to have a relatively civil conversation with at least the tiniest bit of an open mind is ok by me.

I don't think anyone hates ordinary Russians. What we dislike, much like with the US, is their government.

I seems every few months someone creates a Post claiming "ATS is being watched " " The CIA is hear " .

First off DUH , Of course ATS is monitored and it has been since the day it came online and why that would come as a surprise to anyone on these boards is a mystery to me .

Secondly ATS is almost completely political now like so many other Public internet forums which means for the most part nothing of substance is discussed on hear anymore . Don't get me wrong I love ATS but its not what it once was.

I've said it before I'll say it again , ATS used to be home to some very very very serious discussion that would make the CIA # there pants , but those days are long gone.

Thank you for both your service and your diligence!

As a veteran who was never shot at nor in serious danger, I want to thank you especially. During my time you Sailors Soldiers and Marines were the reason my time was safe. War was a cold one, but we knew this day was coming then. Too many baby steps of dismantling our COTUS in public settings. Too many liars covering for criminals at the highest level and here we are just as Bill Cooper predicted.

The Russians I have talked to are all, without exception one, fiercely proud of their country. I doubt you're going to find anyone from Russia that is not incensed at the instigation from the West. I would like to see more of the other side presented on here (I simply do not trust our media at all, especially when it comes to anything to do with Ukraine) as well, but the downside is Russians probably won't say what people want Russians to say.

If they spoke truthfully from their perspective, they would likely be considered trolls.

This is the government and odious apparatus your founding fathers reached through time and warned you about. They even provided you with the tools to do something about it!

Why are you moaning on the Internet and not stomping these fools to the curb?

I've had quite a few russian friends (coworkers in IT) over the years and agree with your assessment.

Those former coworkers probably would too.

But that doesn't make their 'perspective' any less bat sh1t crazy on certain issues, like 'instigations'.

The more russians willing to attempt engagement in conversation here the better IMO.

Note to native English speakers: native russians communicating in English take the written word VERBATIM. They don't tend to understand western sarcasm or the way we frequently use exaggeration and snark to make a point.

When russians see this they tend to take at is both an insulting lie to their face, and as an indication that WE are the crazy ones like their government tells them every day.

(We saw a few good examples of that again last night)

I think we'd all be well served to keep this in mind during convos with our russian friends here, it's a limitation that we're just gonna have to live with.

Just to tie my post back into meaning :
Moths were attracted to the cathode tubes (the light and heat)
They got too close , got zapped , and fell on the boards causing a minor "short"
The "specialists" were called in to power down the system , brush em off , and power back on....

Good times .

Funny thing about discussions... not everyone will agree even when looking at the exact same facts. For example, I refuse to acknowledge allegations of Putin's supposed "insanity," especially when the same media that tells us this is praising someone who is demonstrably suffering from advanced dementia. And when I do refuse to acknowledge that, it becomes apparent to me that there is much, much more to this conflict than Russia acting badly.

To many, that makes my perspective "bat crap crazy." But is it really? Or is it looking past the propaganda?

As long as we make these assumptions based solely on what we personally believe and demonize others who hold a different perspective, we create an echo chamber that serves no purpose except to sooth and stroke our own ego, because we are excluding anyone who might hold a different perspective.

I agree. But I understand why they might not want to be a part of a conversation that begins with a slur toward their mental abilities. You are correct when you state that the Russian people have produced some pretty amazing minds.

I agree with all of that, and prior to Feb 24, might have written it myself.

For me, the time for walking on eggshells to avoid offending russian sensibilities is over, that strategy clearly failed in the end (but delayed things by at least 20 years while the west prepared for this outcome), and I'm trying to do a delicate dance between never accepting crazy claims, but also not exaggerating what russia has done or making outright attacks (about the worst I do is refuse to capitalize their 'r' and call putin a madman, both of which I can defend).

I use polite curiosity, humor, snark, sarcasm, and then ridicule (in that escalation order) to bait them into responding and then try to engage in polite (but brutally honest) conversation.

This doesn't work very well sometimes, in this case I freely admitted that he was right about the russian translation being correct but he seemed to confuse me for someone else that had been making claims to the opposite and pushing the issue a bit. It happens.

He then seemed to think I was making an attack of some sort when I asked about a shocking recent news report. Wasn't my best work, I failed to realize that this might trigger him and should have dressed up my question in a more friendly way. But I really did just want to know if there was any discussion of this story in the russian sphere.

Also - I stoped paying attention to anything msm says a long time ago, and my foundational opinions on what russia is doing were formed well before msm was even interested in the subject anyway.

I'm pretty sure that, behind the scenes, there was quite a lot of what I like to call "poking the bear". WEF/BIlderbergers/China need a big smoke screen right now, to keep Covid from blowing back in their face, or anyone seriously looking at the evidence of election fraud.

Russia was a boogeyman they had been cultivating for a long time, just in case they start to lose control. They would already be part of NATO right now if they hadn't been constantly pushed away and treated as inferior.

Same goes for the Dems in general. Don't get blinded by the ideology. Follow the money. All the same players who are backing the Democrats today were backing the Republicans two decades ago.

We're about 40 years into a bankrupting feedback cycle. Of politicians accepting money to get elected, then turning around and repaying their backers 10x over from the Federal piggy bank. It goes like this:

Step 1: You want be a Congressman

Step 2: A private entity funds your campaign.

Step3: Using that money you get elected.

Step4: As a Congressman, you give that entity 10x more money than they paid to elect you from the Federal Treasury.

Step 5: The private entity takes a small fraction of that money, and uses it to reelect you.

What happens to that cycle when a guy gets the Presidency off of his Twitter account, instead of his campaign war chest? These guys are TERRIFIED right now.

America isn't divided over ideology right now. It's divided between the players who exploited the previous getting elected system, and those who are ushering in the new getting elected system. Lots and lots of money hangs in the balance. (The second group has the potential to fix the deficit over time, though.)

The players from that previous system are willing to burn the world to the ground rather than lose their place in it, but they are ultimately luddites. Trying to turn back the march of technology. There is no hope for them to win. The only question is: how much harm will they do before they lose?

Of course we have feds in here. It is likely a series of bots and crawlers that sift through it all. Most of the web is tracked in some way and it has always been.

The internet itself comes from the US DoD.

If you make an argument or formulate a theory in this forum, assume you are making it to someone in a federal agency in a courtroom with a judge. This better helps formulate your thoughts into coherent theories, rather than trash posts.

And remember, propaganda works in every direction regardless of knowledge of it being propaganda. If you make a good point, the feds need to hear it. Most agents are doing the best they can for all of us with the information they have. They may be misguided, but it’s not like they actually know what ends they serve. There is value to providing better information to those that can hear it. For those that can’t, let them live in the dark.

No, no I wasn't.

I have seen war abroad, my obtuse friend. I never want to see that destruction brought upon my friends and neighbors. Get it?

...maybe you are one of those, that clamor for civil war? Is that the case?

Or... maybe YOU are a Federal Agent looking for a patsy.

A Civil War is NOT the way.
