Why not have a special locker room for women that dont want to be subjected to men in there.
They can have 3 locker rooms
Why? A women's locker room is for women, not males who think they are women.
Basta.

So "women are to be believed" goes right out the window when in conflict with your leftist cult delusions
Got it.
Huzzah, another reactionary one liner response. Where did that post say that or even suggest she be believed or not believed. It merely pointed out that we do not know enough about the situation. Every situation has nuances that go unmentioned and spun to the satisfaction of believers of either side. You apparently are wedded to a side that automatically assume that the comments I made stem from what you call [my] leftist cult delusions. Fine job M5

Why did she ask " Him™ " if " He™ " had a " Penis™ " ?
Does nobody ever wonder about the constant flow of triggering stories, fed to you daily, to get you outraged ?
Maybe that's why there are always poor-little innocent children in the stories ?
Do you flip your lid : just like they want you to ?
Good : because then you will be properly Distracted™, and not notice the massive Technocratic™ boot stepping on your face.

YMCA’s Marketing and Communications Manager, speaking with The Post Millennial, claims Jaman wasn't banned for this incident alone, but rather "repeatedly violating the Olympic Peninsula YMCA code of conduct, specifically, using disrespectful words or gestures towards YMCA staff or others; and abusive, harassing and/or obscene language or gestures towards YMCA staff or others."

This is a pretty dramatic story. The gal swam there for 35 years and they just booted her for this action? That hardly makes any sense at all.
One, if she has been swimming there for 35 years, the question arises, was she a member of the Y or was she daily paying member of the public. A simple guess here is that she was a member if she had been swimming there for 35 years.
If she had been a member for 35 years, it's likely that she knew many on the staff and that the staff knew her as well.
If she was a member, there are procedures to go through before revoking a membership. Warnings need to be given and sit downs for discussion. If a member, it's very possible that this gal had already had these warnings for whatever reasons, I have no idea.
If she was not a member but rather a daily paying swimmer I guess they could boot her for whatever reasons. Maybe she was a nuisance type always complaining about this and that and they just got tired of it.
I knew a guy at our Y who was like that. Always pissing and moaning about this and that and confronting other members. Wanting to swim in a lane by himself and arguing with people who wanted to share a lane. Me, I got along with him fine enough but I can tell you it was no surprise to me that after numerous warnings they finally gave him the boot.
But none of that addresses the question of the person in a woman's bathing suit in the bathroom with little girls. I am against penis laden loins to be allowed in female only locker rooms. But that said, we do not know if his person had a penis. We just don't know that. We don't know that this person was '' gawking'', all we know is that this is that this gal said the person was watching. Watching? Was it a glance, was it a prolonged look? We don't know, all we have to go on here is her interpretation.
She said she heard a males voice? It might have been a male walking by out side the locker room. It's an old Y and maybe the acoustics are bad.
Were there other adults in the room? Were there any other reports of this event? No word from the article. Has any other member, or not, over the course of time found either this person or other persons with penis laden loins in the women' locker room? We just don't know.
It's just to much for me to give much credence to this story that the Y would just give her the boot after 35 years of swimming there.

Are you disputing the police reports? She has continually harassed staff members.

My friend lives in that city. She said Jamon, the 80 year old woman, constantly badgers the employees.
She holds protests outside of the YMCA as well against the state's bathroom rule.
See the news I posted above, she's had past altercations leading to the banning.

Are you exaggerating? Police reports? The only police report that has been mentioned was from this incident. The story clearly says the "accusations" of past discretions is from YMCA’s Marketing and Communications Manager. Needless to say, with a story like this, what else would a Marketing and Communications manager say?
Did I miss something about previous "Police reports" filed against this lady?
News
In an obtained police report, Port Townsend Police Officer Marc Titterness said that Jaman "had an emotional response to a strange male being in the bathroom and helping a young girl take off her bathing suit." However, as the police investigated, it was revealed another person had called them about the incident, saying Jaman was refusing to leave the YMCA and also told them that "[the transgender staff member] was in the bathroom with a child in the day camp and Julie asked if she had a penis and started screaming at her to get out."
Jaman reportedly has a list of previous offenses at that YMCA location, but this incident with the transgender staff member was "unforgivable and extremely harmful," according to the same communications manager.
