Yes, Russian supplied weapons did shoot down a civillian plane over the soverign state of Ukraine in an act of terrorism. A plane traveling from the Netherlands to Maylasia, I don't remember those countries being in the Ukraine or it being in a state of war??? It was using an air corridor over Ukraine.
