Ukrainian IADS taking out Russias missiles

around the :27-33 second mark you can see how fast these incoming Russian missiles are.

The one at 30 seconds is so fast it has to be a short-medium range missile the tip of it is glowing white hot.





i wonder if we will move patriot batteries(unlikely unless on the deck of a us ship) or maybe a better option, an Arleigh Burke destroyers to help shoot the longer range weapons down.

It looks like Ukraine has turned the tables and is on the verge of winning this war.
Hopefully they can now end this swiftly and we can all get back to normal.

It was just a matter of time.
The war has really cost the Russians a lot more than they expected though.

Russia played Ukraine and the West like a drum in this war.

They feinted the goal of taking Kiev at the start, causing Ukraine to focus most all their defensive assets there.

Since then Russia has been pummeling Donbass and other eastern and southern regions with artillery and airstrikes.

Ukraine spent the 6 months or so before the invasion fortifying those areas and they have done as well as could be expected.

But Russia has the right strategy.

1. Arty and airstrikes until everything stops moving.

2. Move in tanks and troops.

3. Repeat.

Meanwhile Ukraine is suffering huge casualties (up to 1000 per day) and there are many reports that they are not receiving the arms that have been sent by the west. And are rapidly depleting the stores of cold War era weapons.

Unless peace talks begin seriously there won't be any Ukrainian men left to fight.

And as it stands Ukraine is going to be a much smaller country once they agree to Russia's terms.

But I keep seeing all these well produced slick videos and reports of Ukraine blowing things up, nothing about Russia’s status in all this.

in my view the only way to inflict enough damage is to use nuclear weaponry on the population to

Alot of the western arms have already appeared in the middle east and are on the net for sale from inside Ukraine. Very easy to find too.

They are also selling for less than the production cost.

Want a western made surface to air missiles? Now you can buy then straight off the net.

The only win is how much is Russia willing to spend to get that win. Then they win, get the country, and the rest of the world moves away from them. I have said a number of times lets look at this in 5 years.

The areas that Russia say they want just happen to be where most of Ukraine's vast oil, gas, minerals are too... But it was all for the poor Russian minorities...lol

lol its a geo political tactic called funnily enough salami slicing, that is where like the name suggests you carve THIN tracts of land over a long period of time and before you know it you own most of whoever you trying to fights land with little fan fare

Russia is just incompetent and their soldiers are unprofessional and are quitting not enlisting in record numbers


why so many Russian males of a certain age fleeing to Estonia? Why so few contracts signed for new enlisted fighters? why are Russian KIA's being found with level ll soft Kevlar vests with not plates?

why are they using 1950 stocks of fire arms? why are there so many people committing sabotage or worse special Ukrainian operations doing damage to chemical and other military facilities like the one who made the new S300's and 400's?

The commanders told the men to bring their parade uniforms because they thought they would be welcomed with flowers and honey, not javelins and star streaks.

with new US and German heavy guns coming up to speed and MIMARS as well as other assets like ISE and SIGINT the Ukrainians are getting along with covert SOF and contractor units they are putting an almost 8(russians):1(Ukranian) kill ratio


of couse there are deaths on both sides bu5t they are not even close


take snake island they lost it once

then they loaded it up with all sorts or anti air and missile defence

and look what happed to the Russians they got scraped off that island again.

and how many countries with out a Navy to speak of is sinking Russian flag ships with almost 40 year old missiles and dirt cheap drones?

Russia is only a super power because of its energy supply and their nukes(that i think most of would be duds to due slacking up keep).

Russia is so weak even Chia is parting ways.

yeah but i feel in the next decade or two we are going to learn a lot about this war and how much the Biden family not so much presidency had there hand in causing the conflict.


the Ukrainians at this point aren't going to stop fighting, Russia is going to have to win an unwinnable war against people with nothing to lose and western weapons, backing, intel, and even US/UK/AUS SOF and contactors.

there is no way Russia can keep up the pace of loss they are experiencing and still have a functional ground force, they are sanctioned to the moon, they can no longer get parts to rebuild their more advanced missiles and rockets, they are already using dumb bombs on their aircraft as they have almost exhausted their gps guided munitions, they are stooping as low to using white prosperous 'smoke screen artillery rounds' as anti personal munitions, to literally burn them out and cluster munitions as well as booby trapping normal peoples houses.

no one in Ukraine who didnt have some sort of agenda didnt want the Russians there and after they were asked to leave and didnt that makes Russia the bad guys

there are no Nazi's killing Ukrainians.

the Russians will lose this like they lost Afghanistan but now there is MASSIVE world wide support for Ukraine and arming them to the teeth and helping any way we can to help them out last Russia.

I agree on your whole post, but to add there are no Nazis' killing Russians either. I really think Putin just said F it and went in.

How is Ukraine winning?

Russians have plenty of more missiles.
Much of their anti missile defense is old soviet.
