Also you may be part correct in that Zelda in the current iteration is dead and Link in order to both save her and attempt to finally destroy Gannon’s soul for ever will venture into the spirit realm to do so hense that heavenly style of architecture we see in BOTW2 trailers as well as the voice actors all being for spirits.

That would be fine if Nintendo didn't stated it was a DIRECT sequel. What if BOTW2 deals with death more in Hylian terms and Link shifts from living to dead. Link perhaps died and is now being used as a vessel.
