This is a cartoon The Nutcracker (Щелкунчик) based on a tale of Ernst Theodor Amadeus Hoffmann and with music by Pyotr Tchaikovsky.

I post two links here because everything disappears very quickly on YouTube.

Is sleeping beauty in this nutcracker version or did Disney use nutcracker music for the forbidden mountain in Disney’s sleeping beauty

In the cartoon The Nutcracker, not only fragments from The Nutcracker ballet were used, but also fragments from other ballets by Tchaikovsky.

The fragment that you suggested is taken from the ballet "Sleeping Beauty".
