Some genius showed up at a graduation party with a scary AR-15 and started randomly firing at the crowd. Guess they were all effed, right?

Not so much.

One lady at the party had her legal handgun with her, pulled, used it ... dead shooter, and he was the only casualty.

A government that is even suggesting they need to ban a peoples right, liberty or freedom. Is the very reason the 2nd. Amendment was specifically added into the Bill of Rights.

The criminal scum broke the law, not the weapon.
A "civil society" would permanently remove bad actors from civilization with a speedy trial.

A government that believes you are the subjects and not them. Would use a tragedy to burden you with the loss of freedom for the good of society.

This idea you don't need "weapons of war" to protect yourself and country is nonsense.
The government leaders that express this idea are agenda driven and not in the countries best interest.

1. They don't or can't, secure our boarders.
2. The police, who in their minds should only have weapons of war. Apparently stand around and don't use them when needed.
3. There are many cases where a good civilized citizen has used a weapon of war to eliminate a rogue citizen being uncivilized.
4. It is a basic human right. Not to mention one codified into our law and practically itched in stone.
5. Not every citizen is a hoplophobe.

The fact that they are trying to drag every American gun owner into the same category as a barbaric heathen should be offensive to any sane individual.

Using tragedy to install tyranny is not a new political sience. It has been done before, many times.
The framers of the C.O.T.U.S and B.O.R. knew this.

The liberal thinkers better think twice. One day they may find themselves being loaded onto the cattle car, wondering where all the good guys with guns went.

Government doesn't do anything but protect itself, provide bread and circus but not for your benefit, and take advantage of every tragedy to shorten your leash.

Yes. The government does do some good things. But not very efficiently and not in a way that doesn't help it grow bigger. It is a magnificent beast. Best kept in a little cage.

Not that long ago, about 6 weeks or so, someone robbed a gun range in Coweta County, GA and killed the couple who owned it and their grandson in the process. Chris Kyle, a very decorated soldier, was murdered at a gun range.

It does happen.

Nope the AR is a civilian "replica" if you will, of standard issue long guns that our military uses, they just LOOK like something they would use

I myself have an AR-10 which is actually a more powerful round than what military uses in most cases, in fact most hunting rounds are, thus harkening back to the point that , these people really dont know what theyre talking about with firearms, the ones who want all these bans, and yet being ignorant of firearms they are still the loudest ones to be heard

I have the even scarier sounding AR-7 that breaks down for easier transport without using tools. Now while the AR-15 uses a .223 round, the AR-7 uses the more easily acquired .220 round. Using a specialized CB round, it simulates a fully silenced rifle as well. It is also capable of using a shotgun shell round commonly called snake rounds. Or you can use high velocity rounds.

Originally made by Armalite, is currently made under license by Henry Firearms. Very versatile and pound for pound is your best option in a long term grid down situation.

It’s scary. Black plastic too. With a dovetail on the receiver that will take various optics as well. Even have a little spring loaded bipod I can rest the barrel upon.

Really you can do all kinds of crazy mods like a pistol grip, banana clips, telescopic stock, barrel shrouds, etc. it’s all goofy tacti-cool stuff.

To shoot worth a darn with it, I have to be of the mindset that it is a long barreled pistol. Otherwise I never get a comfortable grip/stance for a rifle with the bare (no stock) barrel.

Illegal gun possession tickets are up in numbers but convictions are down.They don't really care about Illegal gun convictions.
