Never said Russia has special rights. Only that I can see their perspective. I'll leave it there.

Maybe. Keep believing the news all you want, it doesn't affect me one bit.

I dunno man. I don't think I'd feel too good about that situation.

They kind of did that to themselfs by neglecting the satellite states in the Soviet Union, they out of fear chose to join NATO to get protection from the Russians.

Georgia isn't a NATO country. It was also 2008, which is well after the time period we were discussing.

Again, none of those countries are a part of NATO.

Exactly. Because they’re in NATO. Being in NATO is a good way not to get invaded by Russia. Proven 100% of the time actually.

Can also look at Finland. Not a single iota of a plan to join NATO. Russian actions and Russias loud mouth has more than 50% the population wanting to join.

Thought you were referring to something else. That’s my mistake

It was not my intention to start a back and forth , was just trying to point out the motives of these former satellite states.

But they actually did during the cold war , the Prague spring in Czechoslovakia 1968.

They had other options as well to keep a strong grip on these states.

You’ll never see a NATO country on a wiki for Russian invasions. No one will be left around to edit it.

I don't think its about you or whatever perceived effect it may or may not have upon your person.

Self absorbed much Wookiep!

As to the news, we all get that, same as yourself, and its how the majority of us form our opinions.

Multiple different sources help, but can also be double edged sword in that department.

As to belief well Russia's war in Ukraine is not in question, no two doubts about the fact of the matter really.

1968 was indeed during the Soviet Union era and I can agree with you there.

It's an example of how Russia treats its non NATO neighbours.

It's not about me, I agree. I just don't care what you want to think. I use multiple sources too, so maybe we're both wrong.
