Danish newspaper Berlingske obtained a censored report from the United States that details plans to invest billions of dollars in the Arctic, including US-run Thule Air Base in Greenland.
"Der König in Thule" ("The King in Thule") is a German poem by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, written in 1774.
There was a king in Thule,
Was faithful till the grave,
To whom his mistress, dying,
A golden goblet gave.
Nought was to him more precious;
He drained it at every bout;
His eyes with tears ran over,
As oft as he drank thereout.
When came his time of dying,
The towns in his land he told,
Nought else to his heir denying
Except the goblet of gold.
He sat at the royal banquet
With his knights of high degree,
In the lofty hall of his fathers
In the castle by the sea.
There stood the old carouser,
And drank the last life-glow;
And hurled the hallowed goblet
Into the tide below.
He saw it plunging and filling,
And sinking deep in the sea:
Then fell his eyelids for ever,
And never more drank he!
Earlier this month the commander of the US Northern Command and North American Aerospace, Air Force Gen. Glen D. VanHerck, said that in view of rising activity from Russia and China in the region, the Arctic now plays a central role in the US deterrence strategy.

I've had a couple of wake-ups in my life in which I thought a loud noise had happened. One was like an explosive blast.
Of course, all was calm when I woke up. Very strange sensation.
Cheers

This is concerning. Even in established medical terminology there is a difference between replication deficient and replication defective. Think vitamin deficiency or immune deficiency. It doesn’t mean “none”.
Edit: I’ve been looking at this some more. It’s interesting because they would have you believe replication deficient, defective, and incompetent all mean the same thing. Why confuse terms like that?

Please don't put yourself down. We all have our faults.
The odd sounds at night happen to me as well but I am putting it down to pipes expanding and contracting. Let's just put this down to some agency trying to make us doubt ourselves and our sanity. We know what we hear and what we see so let's just trust ourselves.

Nine out of 10 central banks are exploring central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), and more than half are now developing them or running concrete experiments. In particular, work on retail CBDCs has moved to more advanced stages. Both Covid-19 and the emergence of stablecoins and other cryptocurrencies have accelerated the work on CBDCs – especially in advanced economies, where central banks say that financial stability has increased in importance as a motivation for their CBDC involvement.
Yesterday SWIFT, the organization responsible for messaging most cross border payments, has started a new set of CBDC interoperability experiments partnering with Cap Gemini. It’s concerned that without interoperability, individual central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) could create new domestic silos, fragmenting the global payment landscape.

“From a national security perspective, Comey said he does have some concerns that incoming NSA Flynn is speaking frequently with Russian Ambassador Kislyak. Comey said that could be an issue as it relates to sharing sensitive information. President Obama asked if Comey was saying that the NSC should not pass sensitive information related to Russia to Flynn. Comey replied ‘potentially.’"

If you haven’t read our recent exposé on the taxpayer-funded ‘Monkey Island,’ of the 3500 primates that live on Morgan Island — all of whom are owned by Fauci’s division at the National Institutes of Health — hundreds are captured every year, then sent to Fauci’s labs where they are subjected to some of the government’s cruelest and most painful experiments. Primates from Morgan Island have been infected with Ebola, MERS, and other debilitating diseases. When the testing concludes, the monkeys are killed — even the healthy ones. Taxpayers are forced to pay about $3.5 million annually to maintain the island colony, and even more to experiment on the monkeys.---____

I worked a long time at Capgemini; from Analyst to business unit head... was also involved with implementing SWIFT interfaces to Bank of England back in the day.
I assume Capgemini was chosen for their Accelerated Solution Environment process, which cuts down time to market significantly by locking stakeholders in a room with a facilitator until a workable solution is agreed.
Capgemini Q-Lab is a quantum computing laboratory set up in 2022 in collaboration with IBM, and will be an authorised IBM Quantum Hub. The facility will be available in the UK, Portugal and India, and will work as research facilities to help build quantum applications. The lab will feature IBM's latest 127-qubit quantum processor, Eagle.
