You worded that very well, and I think I catch your drift.
You could even go further and say it starts with the categorization of this and that, once you do that, which we all do, a separation is made. Maybe
just a line in the sand between this and that, which has been the start to many walls.
What matters is how high you build that wall and how far out.
if you are consistent in adding "and" your wall grows until you have included all known inside your walls. At that point you can only wonder about the
unknown unknown, in which there really is no point losing any thought.
In this scenario my definition of an extremist would be the one that stopped adding "and", fortified his wall, and feels compelled to act against
anything outside his wall for whatever reason.
To circle back, it is said life imitates art to a degree, the only way an unknown unknown can become a known unknown is outside interference or
imagination...
