Antony Blinken has hinted that Washington will never agree to Russia’s proposal to limit NATO expansion close to its borders by blocking Ukraine from trying to join the military bloc.

What's interesting is that Antony Blinken pretends to claim that they are giving Ukrainians to write their own future? will Ukrainians will really have a future of their own? will that future be dominated by NATO/EU?

How could they claim that Ukraine will have sovereignty if they join NATO? EU? once you join a bloc whatever its east or west. You no longer have a sovereignty.
Look at Italy. Where is the sovereignty for the Italian people after joining the bloc?

Whats the real objective here? going to war agaisnt Russia for a admin who cant even control the southern borders?

NATO has a interesting history how it was formed and started from what i understand there were sevearl former members that were former Nazis.

The real objective is to keep Joe and Hunter Biden's crimes from being proven. Anthony Blinken served as deputy national security advisor from 2013 to 2015 and deputy secretary of state from 2015 to 2017 under President Barack Obama.
During the Clinton administration, served in the State Department and in senior positions on the National Security Council from 1994 to 2001.

He's a long-time swamp creature.

lets not forget it wasn't Russia that started the civil war in Eastern Controlled Regions, where eastern Slavic are. it was Kyiv that attacked Donbas and its rebels.

Kiev was hell bent on getting the whole country back.

Soon prophecy will unfold.

Soon Russian submarines will be off the west, east, and Gulf coasts of USA and a nuclear attack will happen. It will be devastating. The Mississippi River will even reverse its flow.

Due to how close the nuclear subs are off the U.S. coasts, the missiles cannot be shot down. No response time.

WWIII will last only 6 months which includes cleanup.

This world is about to change.

Yes...that's the plan. Giving them a chance. And NATO supports that. In other words: NATO facilitates. At least for now.
No that's not dominant. That's lending them a hand. Be it a very strong one.

Show me where NATO is forcing the Ukraine to join. The people of the Ukraine want to join Europe/NATO and want to be free from Putin and Russia.

I think you should look at the population statistics of Ukraine. As with most former block countries, there is sizable russian populations in them, most of the Russian Ukrainians are in the east and south east, hence the rebels fighting the Ukraine gov in Kiev which is central west. Most of western Ukraine wants NATO. Most of eastern Ukraine want connections to Russia, not only because of Ethnicity, but because of trade as well. The Country is basically in a civil war for this reason, which is reason enough not to allow them to join NATO. Secondly, perhaps Ukraine can take a neutral stance such as Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Doing so would give Russia a buffer, allow them to trade with both east and west increasing their economy, and allow for better ties to Russia. Allow joint military monitoring, 1 NATO, one Russian sitting side by side in Ukraine. This eliminates hidden agendas and keeps everyone at peace. I think its a win, win, win all the way around. Heck, if Russia recognizes the borders, allow them and NATO to have low level military in Ukraine to assist in restoring order, with the Russians being in the Eastern side, NATO in the west, eliminate the civil war.

last time i checked Ukraine was not a US state or even territory

The people of Ukraine are going to have to choose what they want and if the part that doesnt want Russia there, than they are going to have to move out and go somewhere else.

that is just the way of the world from day 1 of empires existing and if there are enough people that want a civil war, that is there problem and MAYBE we can help with money and safe transport to America or another country in NATO.

Biden sends a letter to Putin asking if it's OK to give him a call.

MOSCOW, February 12. /TASS/. The presidents of Russia and the United States, Vladimir Putin and Joe Biden, plan to have a phone conversation on Saturday, February 12, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Friday.

"Indeed, the US side requested a conversation with President Putin, and the talks of the two presidents are planned to take place tomorrow in the evening, Moscow time," he said.

"The request was preceded by a letter from the US side," he said.

The article said one side wanted the call to take place tomorrow, instead of this coming Monday, as originally requested. Not sure who, though.

It's interesting that only the USA is in such a panic-mode over Russia possibly invading Ukraine. The leaders of Ukraine, and the citizens of Ukraine, aren't the least bit concerned, according to reports from journalists on the ground there.

Something is very weird about what President Biden is referring to as a "CRISIS".
