Listening to MSNBC this morning, they are still hoping that Trump will be snared somehow, even if they have to give up Bill Clinton, the prince of England, and the other Democrats who were involved.

I have seen evidence that Trump may have had nothing to do once he found out who Epstein was.

Count Five: conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of minors, which carries a statutory maximum of five years in prison;

This count charges Maxwell with knowingly and wilfully participating in plans to recruit underage girls to have illegal sex by force, fraud or coercion. It applies to multiple alleged victims between 1994 and 2004.

Count Six: sex trafficking of a minor, which carries a statutory maximum of 40 years in prison.

This count charges Maxwell with recruiting an underage girl - “Carolyn” - to have sex with Epstein and others by force, fraud or coercion, between the years 2001 to 2004. Carolyn described to the court “hundreds” of paid sexual encounters at Epstein’s Florida home from age 14 to 18; much of her testimony was also corroborated by her ex-boyfriend.

How in the # do these counts have maximum 5 year sentences. Entice minors to travel and engage in sexual activity, like wtf?

People should demand a followup because of the evidence found on film and audio in epsteins houses. But I am afraid that this maxwell trial will be the end of the entire epstein case. The real spicy stuff will disapear and never be made public. There is a little chance that the french government will make some of these crimes public with the Brunel case.. If not it will be the end of it and will maxwell walk out of prison within 8 years..

Ghislaine Maxwell may well be a British socialite and now convicted of sex trafficking.

But the real prizes are probably above the law and/or help make them.

It's interesting how this Maxwell trial was billed as the "highest profile" trial of the decade, but it all boiled down to just another Pedo being found guilty. That probably happens hundreds of times a year in the USA.

After sentencing, no matter the incarceration period, the story will go away and the MSM will rabbit hole the whole affair.
