G'day Lightspeed. Yeah, I can handle electronic payments just caught me by surprise when I asked for a fare/ticket. Just wasn't used to it. Ended up getting a travel card. Just never used one. Did a lot of walking. The killer was an uphill walk from Luna park on the harbour, up to the northern end of the Harbour Bridge.

That's when I nominated we catch a cab. The Chinese cabbie was very nice and quick. Sort of like riding second member in a squad car. Imaginary foot on the brake and eyes wide open. He said, "You here now" I said "thanks, great" (Knot in stomach). Guess I'm used to doing the driving and at my age, I'm slow but careful. Paid the fare with card and handed him a paper bill.

The culture out here where I live is most people say G'day or 'mate' (with a nod). I s'pose those in the big smoke are very busy and walk/drive faster. Much like the cabbie. Kinda like we went for a walk across the coat hanger. I'd never seen uniformed security posted across the bridge and we stopped near this one bloke to take a snappy (pic). I said, "Nice office you got here mate. Like the view." True love was smiling. He didn't say a thing. Just gave a look over then idled away.

So, it's a bit different,

Shout out to Gordi. Be safe. A storm forecast here is for Beaufort 10 to 12 at 3 p.m. today. Holland and the UK (other countries too) are going to get battered. Hurricane force. I love a good storm but this is perhaps a tad on the violent side.

I'm on the top floor so as long as I don't see the ceiling peel away I'll be fine. I've never been out in a force 10 to 12, might look out the window first to see how bad it is before venturing out. I love the extremes of Mother nature. At the moment (6 a.m.) it is quiet so plenty of time to visit the supermarket first for rations. I just hope the internet keeps working.

They've been selling for between £10 and £25 (roughly about $15 - $35).

You buy the bottle mate haha. Anyone looks at my bourbon I look at them sideways and growl like a mongrel dog.

Do the same when anyone looks at 'True Love'.
