How it played out here, actually Germany is leading the case here, so I can give back some of the things I read months before they happen here, to you all:

a) Incompatible cultures lead to disregard of property, meaning, landlords know full well how their stuff is going to be treated. Therefor, they will only do it with huge safety deposits or a waiver from the government.
b) Once they got that, they will house like ten people in a housing for two and regardless what they destroy, comes out on top of it, because the state will have deposited the safety money and get's 5x the amount plus the extra bonus because it's refugees.
c) You / I really pay for it.

If, for whatever reasons, landlords rather have no one instead of a refugee, there will be voices from the DEMS (here it was social democratic party) to forcefully expropriate the landlord thus force him to take in refugees.

Your luck is that the US is 19x bigger but only four times more people than Germany has, with so much less refugees, that I doubt it is going to escalate like it did here.

Maybe that is why some of these corps are buying up houses and then turning around and renting them....so they can flood our communities with these illegals and terrorists.
