Thank-you for the summaries. Sure is a lot of information that's damaging for Maricopa county, considering 8 out of 10 of Kari's beefs were thrown out by the judge! (Maybe some of those 8 will now be allowed.) I wonder how much of this sloppiness, fraud, incompetence, was present during the November 2020 election?

That was an amazing piece of testimony that couldnt be effectively rebuttled.

...but will it be enough?

It sure as hell should be!

But, yeah, this judge is going to need the heart of a lion and a backbone of steel to decertify the election.

I understand why Team Kari withdrew their subpoena for Katie tho. These are County matters, not State matters. They need to nail the County.

Theres a legitamate argument here.

Its bad, wrong and malicious. Granted.

But what is the remedy short of another election?

Seems an all or nothing proposal, and of course, im on the another election side.

Tough spot for the judge for sure and neither outcome fixes the actual problem.

Team Kari did get some incriminating testimony regarding chain-of-custody legal violations on the record, thanks to Team Katie!

I tend to think that the tabulator/printer problems on Election Day shows they needed to come up with something new, so their old tactics must not have been enough.

However, I have no doubt Runbeck is the weakest link. With no ballot tallies from the precincts, and complete access to voter rolls, with no oversight, too much room for abuse and none of us would be the wiser.

ETA: Like the 16,000 vote Discrepancy between the County records and the State records... and the 25,000 increase in ballots remaining to be counted a couple days after the election.

Like you, I think a new election is the only appropriate and just option.

But what a mess that would be.

But it's all a mess. A big fat dirty mess.

It's interesting how I read this AP article first: apnews.com...

And then came to this thread, expecting to see disappointment. But the summaries you provided were GOOD NEWS. I don't know if the news media will be capable of admitting there was election fraud, unless someone goes to jail for election fraud.

Wow. That was shameful. And I only read the first few paragraphs. It pretty much lost me with "defective printers." That's an outright lie. The printers worked exactly as programmed!

I don't know how these people sleep at night. The sheer arrogance and hubris of anyone to lie about this is shocking.

I'm not sure what to expect today and I won't be able to watch much. I'm hopeful we'll see better reporting from yesterday as well. Just not from Big Media.

Heads up... this dude is dirtier than dirt:

EXCLUSIVE: National Democrat Operative and Arizona Audit Saboteur Ryan Macias to Testify in Kari Lake’s Election Trial TODAY – Previously Seen at Leftist Meeting with Secretaries of State

Ryan Macias is a member of the shady far-left National Task Force on Election Crises. The National Task Force on Election Crisis includes other hard-core operatives such as former James Comey FBI Attorney James Baker and others.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that TGP’s Jordan Conradson confronted Ryan Macias From Democracy Project outside the Arizona Senate Audit at Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix, Arizona, after he snuck into the audit and reportedly lied, saying he was with media.

Soros connected Katie Hobbs needed help, so she brought in Ryan Macias, her knight in shining armor. Hobbs inserted Macias onto the floor of the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum where the Maricopa County Election was taking place without notifying the auditors who he was or why he was there.

The Democrats and Dominion also brought Ryan Macias into the election case and machine investigation in Pennsylvania earlier this year.

Macias is the go-to operative to cover up election crimes across the nation.

His testimony will be interesting... to say the least.

From the New York Times

On Nov. 30, 2020, Sean Hannity hosted Sidney Powell on his prime-time Fox News program. As she had in many other interviews around that time — on Fox and elsewhere in right-wing media — Ms. Powell, a former federal prosecutor, spun wild conspiracy theories about what she said was “corruption all across the country, in countless districts,” in a plot to steal re-election from the president, Donald J. Trump.

At the center of this imagined plot were machines from Dominion Voting Systems, which Ms. Powell claimed ran an algorithm that switched votes for Mr. Trump to votes for Joseph R. Biden Jr. Dominion machines, she insisted, were being used “to trash large batches of votes.”

Mr. Hannity interrupted her with a gentle question that had been circulating among election deniers, despite a lack of supporting proof: Why were Democrats silencing whistle-blowers who could prove this fraud?

Did Mr. Hannity believe any of this?

“I did not believe it for one second.”

That was the answer Mr. Hannity gave, under oath, in a deposition in Dominion’s $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News, according to information disclosed in a court hearing on Wednesday. The hearing was called to address several issues that need to be resolved before the case heads for a jury trial, which the judge has scheduled to begin in April.

Funny story about Mr Hannity... years ago I thought I'd sign up for his forums. I posted that I thought Hannity should address some reported conflicts of interest with Romney and Bain Capitol. I was banned for life for "contempt of host" 🤣

I get that some people believe whatever a Sean Hannity or Trevor Noah tells them as gospel truth... I'm not one of them.

Sidney Powell is controlled opposition all the way. Setup and Blackmailed 😀

Controlled Opposition campaigns are usually well funded and can produce more damage than court trials 😀

Orly Taitz was one good example ☠️

So FYI, both sides have now rested in Kari's hearing. They have recessed until "15:30" so about an hour from now, and will return for closing arguments from both sides.

If I recall correctly, the judge has until Monday to rule, so I don't expect a ruling today. Maybe tomorrow?

Closings were interesting.

Hobbs outfit decided to drag day of voters and show loud and proud their bias and disdain for folks of Mariacopa county. While also simply mounting the "nuh-uh" defense.

Lake had another good day and closing. The evidence via testimony and lack of evidence from Hobbs benefitted them greatly.

IMO, the hail mary is within just a long shot now.

If Judge Peter Thompson agrees with Kari, where should he look for advice on what should happen to "fix" the problem? These are uncharted waters, aren't they?

Why not an Iraq style court ordered redo? National guard, same day hand counted voting, each voter's hand marked with indelible ink at time of vote. Fully transparent with full reasonable access granted to partisan observers. As far as what should happen, providing a model of how it can be done right in the future, this seems the most reliable model. Not that the guard should have to run an election every time, but I would do it as an insult and punishment to the state's election officials, since they can't be bothered to do it right.

Frankly I'd like to see some electees and/or appointees removed from office and prohibited from seeking office in the future, though I'm not so sure that that is within the judge's power.

This should be taken very seriously and addressed very firmly, in my opinion. In electioneering, mistakes happen, that is part of the process. When an administrative body makes no effort to follow reasonable regulations, that is an indication of a much larger problem.

If that problem isn't addressed, it will most likely continue to be a problem and probably grow into a larger problem. Whether this is some big vote rigging conspiracy or not, there should be serious consequences for those ignoring the rules. There already has been serious damage done in my opinion, in terms of the public perception of election integrity. The nation is watching this, and was watching in 2020.

He can declare the election invalid, can't he? Can he remove officials from office and prohibit seeking office in the future? There are very little in the way of codified penalties for these sorts of legal violations, aren't there?
