My Father in Law

My father in law was a good man. He wasn't particularly friendly; and he was a 35 year GM guy.

We had our differences. He sorta liked me, because I was a farmer, rancher, whatever you want to call it.

When he came out, and saw our cows, he suddenly realized this was real.

Sadly, he quickly folded, I was sorry for that. It's not easy.

The wife and I abandoned our vacation. Again.

Ultimately, (sigh...I don't even know)

Today, I found out....I have 12 weeks of vacation...which I have to take before now and Dec 31st, else loose it !

Sorry to hear about your father-in-law and enjoy your vacation!
I have this gut feeling it’s well deserved!

Life isn’t fair sometimes.
My father in law is a piece of crap that has dementia and has been in a nursing home for the last ten years.
He’s too mean to die.

Just remember the good times.
That’s what really matters.

Honestly, I haven't had a day off in over 7 years! Seriously!

Just tonight, my wife asked me how much vacation I had, and it turns out I lost several hundred hours in previous years (use it or lose it). So, this year I have 12 weeks left, between now and Dec 31. Now idea how I can take that much, but I guess we'll see.

I had to force myself to take mine.
But then , I said take em .
Took most all Fridays and Mondays off

Well ,I heard that some "good" mushrooms grow on cow poop.
Who needs a vacation anyway, when you can ingest "good" shrooms
and "go places" while sitting in your recliner?
