I love the way your brain works. Not even kidding, I'm in awe.

As for my lady, yes, I will take a bullet for her but that doesn't mean we have to agree all the time.

Thank you for admitting Biden said that. No ill will towards you.

For the sake of argument
how can Phage admit something he said did not hear, I think it's more a..if you say so!

I did see a clip, here on ATS, of Biden saying it, might of been a month ago?

No excuse to not hear the leader of the free world tell everyone if they get vaccinated they will not get covid.
There is no excuse. at all.

Narrative is a fickle business if you're a bunch of liers

If you got the vaccine and did not know this this you are an idiot.
It's your fault because you cannot read between the lines.

It was Wednesday, July 21,

I had my first shot on May 19. Second on April 16.

What Biden said had no influence on my decision. Clearly.

No offense but you responded to yourself with that statement.

Phage, I understand where you're coming from. I'm in the same space. The question was, are you really afraid of the unvaccinated boogeyman?

I'm not, are you?

Thank you for the well wishes but as far as recovery goes it is still an ongoing process.
I am well enough to get to go to work because as my doctor said you will have symptoms for a while.
Did not tell me to get vxd in any rush putting my appt out til next summer. Hopefully there will be a credible treatment by then.

so when you said on page 2

When was it that Biden said that?
Personally, I got vaccinated in March when my "turn" came up. Never actually heard Biden say that.

you were telling the truth.
and when you say.

You're again telling the truth. Which for both to be true you need to be 2 or more people using 1 ID.

Perhaps that's why you keep too unclarified sentences to wiggle out of commitments.

Because I did it before Biden said it would prevent me from becoming infected? Why.

See, the thing is, I know that no vaccine is 100% effective. I also know that there are risks involved. I don't listen much to politicians but I am a hang glider pilot and that entails a high level of what is known as risk management.

I didn't get vaccinated because I was afraid of dying of COVID, but I don't like the idea of missing a week or two of work or spending that (or longer) in a hospital.

I don't not go flying when it's blowing 30 knots because I'm afraid of dying, but because it's no fun.

Yeah, you busted me. Because May is, of course, before April. It was March 19.

If I hadn't seen/heard it here on ATS, I likely would not of, I don't do msm really, my cable package has no news. I do listen to my local station..youtube maybe, I am a Canuck though. Anyway..who cares what that old fool says, I don't trust in politics/politicians. I listen to the local health experts..with a bit of scepticism at times.

No.

But I do understand the public health implications.

Nice catch. I'm starting to learn even the people I know to trust, also have the capability to deceive.

Is it so hard to just be honest? I mean in my experience it's the path of least resistance. You don't have to remember all the lies you told.

Take the path of least resistance and stop lieing.

That's exactly the point of the thread.

What are the public health implications? I'm generally curious if you have some links or somethign to teach me.

Educate me on it.

Interesting.

You knew the vaccine was not 100 percent effective.

You didn't say how effective you think it would be.

You didn't get vaccinated out of fear but you got vaccine because you didn't want to miss a week or two of work.

Is that a correct summation?

Most vaccines are really close to 100% effective. Sure, you'll here cases of polio or smallpox from time to time.

If you are a data person, yes it'll never be 100%. Plus you can include in world numbers if the US numbers aren't working out for you.
