Did you do all the welding and tube bending on that frame?

If so, wow! I'm impressed!

No, It was actually a kit you could buy in 1968 for around $350, but you had to supply your own motor and running gear. They were made by Meyers Manx. This one was a wreck when we bought it so I gave it a ground up resto. It's registered on road now ....earns me quite a few funny looks from the cops....

threaded through the 80 different things you've got to do to get it going

Lol. The "overlock"-machine for overlapping joints has four threads

If you want to go at backpacks with more sturdy material you need a powerful sewing machine. I can do thick jeans but everything above it like leather I can use the machine but I have to go very easy or the needle will break.

I confess I learned how to sew in high-school. Even those that did the technical classes (woodworking, metal, electronics) like me had to learn cooking, sewing, knitting, food safety for about six weeks. Boys too!

You always had to check after each break if the pedal under your machine is really yours though

She had some special sewing machine too.

It has to have a long neck for such huge sails for sure. Mine is "just" computerized, I can program the needle pattern freely. Names, symbols, whatever. The rest is all manual of course. Just the needle pattern is programmable and it will do the moves on the platform where the needle goes through. No need to trace, just guide it through softly and it will come out clean without ripples.

I love making films. It's what I do for a living and it's what I do when I'm not working for other production companies. I'm at work now but it's not really work, it's a passion.

I'm a hobbyist black smith. I find it a good method of taking my frustrations out on the metal. It also lets me lose track of all my issues and only what I'm doing at the time. I also play PC games.

Firearms...I own several and enjoy using them. Most recent purchase was 1875 Remington Revolver....it's a replica, but I still feel like a cowboy when I shoot it. Really nice firearm. Also have Schofield Top Break...my favorite, but the Remington is close. The Remington is in .45 for those interested.

Yes, it is possible to spend too much time playing games.
I stopped playing Candy Crush Soda Crush when I realized
I had played over 600 levels during the shutdowns. That was
just one of the games I was playing there were others.

Video games mostly Minecraft. (I promise I’m not 12)
I’ve recently gotten into spray paint art.
The plan is to get a 3D printer by the end of the year and start pumping out helmets.

Spray painting sounds fun. Spray paint on tee shirts was big when I was in junior high school, the ' rat mobile' stuff was big at the time.
