Aluminum is the most common metallic element found in Earth's crust. 8%, on average. It is not commonly considered a heavy metal. There is little evidence that aluminum is a factor in Alzheimer's.

It's pretty hard to avoid it but it's not really toxic unless, as with most things, ingested in high quantities.

While it has much less than industrial grade, you are wrong, it still has anywhere from 0.5% tp 2% silica in it.

Please stop giving harmful and incorrect medical advice.

Nothing wrong with discussing using food grade diatomaceous earth internally, it is a very effective anti-parasitic.

But, the best thing for heavy metal detox is any of the living clays (bentonite, montmorillonite, etc).
