Origins of Covid-19 Investigation by House Foreign Affairs Committee released August 2021

Just because the lab happened to be in the city where the first diagnosis occurred does not prove the virus originated in that city. There are many BS4 labs in the world. Heck, even Canada and India have these.

It's in the introduction of the report which you can download from the page linked above

I have it downloaded and September (or even sept) only comes up twice

"SEPTEMBER 21, 2020" at the top of the report and "September 20, 2020" in the Preface. I visually scanned the entire document for anything close and came up with nothing. That whole phrase with "evidence suggests . . ." is not in the PDF I downloaded.
