In 1976 the UN had a meeting in Vancouver to discuss habitation and settlements. They were aiming for increased equality and sustainability of housing and land management.

Sustainable? Equality? Has the UN been fomenting Agenda 21 since 1976? Or earlier? Here is a quote from this pdf which is the Vancouver Declaration on Human Settlements. This is on page 38 of the pdf which can be found on the UN website here: unhabitat.org... er-canada-31-may-to-11-june-1976

"Land, because of it's unique nature and the crucial role it plays in human settlements cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership is also a principle instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice; if unchecked it may become a major obstacle in the planning and implementation of development schemes. Social justice, urban renewal and development, the provision of decent dwellings and healthy conditions for the people can only be achieved if the land is used in the interests of society as a whole."

And following is this statement in paragraph 2:

"Public control of land use is therefore indispensable to it's protection as an asset and the achievement of the long-term objectives of human settlement policies and strategies."

These are global policies that are being implemented on the local level. Very quietly or couched in terminology that makes it sound like a good thing. Equality to the UN does not mean bringing the 3rd world up to 1st world standards. It means bringing the 1st world down so everyone can be equal.

They want the government to have total control of all land because it creates social injustice when there are private landowners. They are telling you this right here.

They want total control.

The problem is that everywhere that you see public assets, they are never used for actual public good, but only to enrich the few who are in control. They are correct that it's used for the accumulation and concentration of wealth which is why they are out to control it. They want to accumulate and concentrate the wealth for them, in their control.

You have only to look around the world at countries where there are no real private property rights to see what "decent" and "healthy" end up looking like to TPTB.

Oh, private land ownership is also a principle instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice; If left unchecked it may become a major obstacle in the planning and implementation of development schemes.

Now go and tell that to all the multi billionaires who busy buying up the land. A Mr Gates comes to mind.
