If I understand correctly she was going to talk and decided not to for 150k.

Is that right?

More dribble and bait and switch.

It's not the government's fault that they incentivized people to not work?

LOL. M'kay.

Meanwhile on the specific question of what freedoms and rights were taken away, tell Angela Marsden and the thousands of small business owners like her that it was all their fault.

All the losers in this thread claiming Tucker is an overreacting asshole and the NSA also would never do this, are the same dumb #s who laughed at the assertion google interfered in the election.

Then Google admitted interfering in the election to stop Trump and all these dumb #s suddenly went silent & into denial.

$100 says these same idiots will now come on here and deny that they denied any of that.

Correct - you know who you are, idiots.

That’s my understanding of it. Trump paid her off to keep quiet about their affair, & Tucker claimed Trump had been extorted.

Oooh, he has read Edward Snowden's book now.

Or perhaps he read it ages ago, and it took years for the 'penny to drop'?

That's like blaming gun companies for the fact that people have been abusing their technology to commit felonies.

The video is a great example of how our government is very complacent with wealthy benefactors who let their wallets do the talking. Isn't that what the American dream is all about?

Oh look, here's a denier - right on time

During his Rose Garden address last month, Biden reaffirmed his support for repealing the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCCA) of 2005.

“This is the only outfit that is exempt from being sued. If I get one thing on my list — (if) the Lord came down and said, 'Joe, you get one of these' — give me that one," Biden said. "Most people don’t realize, the only industry in America, billion-dollar industry, that can’t be sued, exempt from being sued, are gun manufacturers.”

Biden’s hostility to this industry, however, isn’t new.

Can't seem to stay on topic, huh?

We were reminding you "which freedoms and individual liberties were taken"... remember?

The ability to sue is not an obligation to sue, but the option should be available for anyone who goes through the appropriate channels. A corporation that is immune to legal process and accountability should be a myth.

But my question was, what freedoms and individual liberties have been taken, as in outlawed or criminalized? Who has been arrested for exercising their constitutional rights? Are there thousands of people being charged for having a barbecue in their backyard or not wearing a mask on the sidewalk or having a licensed weapon in their car or carrying a sign expressing their reaction to current events? Are you starving or getting your internet revoked or your car impounded or evicted from your residence? Are you being served a subpoena to answer for your social media activity or for having the wrong bumper sticker on your vehicle? Is your family being rounded up and herded onto a bus by armed thugs? Are you observing military vehicles regularly patrolling in your neighborhood and documenting undesirable behavior? Are your neighbors or co-workers mysteriously disappearing overnight?

I'm trying to figure out exactly how your freedoms and liberties have been violated or eliminated entirely.

9/11 and Pearl Harbor might have been prevented by such agencies?

Hard to say. Who cares what I think.

PRISM/5-Eyes/NRO are things that were well-intentioned.

But you know the thing about “good intentions paving the way to hell” and all. Anyway…sure we are safer.

If only they’d hurry up and round up all us white, heterosexual, American males, it’d be a lot easier to say they were getting rid of these “extreme terrorist seditious insurrectionists”. Ahem.

Or whatever.

Snowden 2-3 decades ago might’ve been an American hero.

Maybe to some he still is?

How many small businesses went out of business in the past year, again?

Or were forced to curtail their businesses by limiting access??

Those freedoms???

I think, as onlookers, All that we can surmise is whether or not Tucker got under the skin of the top people. It’s not like he would know something so dangerous he would threaten Biden. More likely that he got under the executive skin. Like Obama investigating journalists who personally pissed him off.

Like Nixon having the stars of laugh-in investigated

Okay but why would a complete stranger put his job on the line to alert a target of surveillance? You're saying that government surveillance is sophisticated enough to discreetly study a journalist but not sophisticated enough to catch one of their surveillance assets blowing their cover?

Well my guess would be the overcomplication of spying via e-mail and cell phone's. Everybody gets so stupid with their electronics they forget the old school methods. Like written letters and face-to-face conversations. Kinda hard to hack those.

That said, I’m confident that the “Persons In Inadequate Light” really DO have a dossier on Cucker Tarlson. If only because he already has a Netflix account. If not a pornhub account. Just saying.

Nothing against the pundit. I’ve never met Zer. And I don’t get cable TV.

Who is Zer?

...what freedoms and individual liberties have been taken...

You must not get out much or have been on a rather long vacation.

I could literally provide dozens of examples for each...

Who has been arrested for exercising their constitutional rights?

Florida megachurch pastor arrested for breaching Covid-19 health order

Central pastor Tony Spell placed on house arrest, ordered not to hold church large services

California churches win $2M in legal fees in COVID closure lawsuits

Are there thousands of people being charged for having a barbecue in their backyard or not wearing a mask on the sidewalk or having a licensed weapon in their car or carrying a sign expressing their reaction to current events?

New York City mom plans $10 million lawsuit against police after arrest for improperly wearing face mask

Lawmaker Takes Legal Case of Man Arrested for Not Wearing a Mask at Polling Place

Woman tased, arrested after not wearing mask at Ohio football game

Man arrested for not wearing mask

There are literally hundreds of examples. Do you own damn google search.

Are you starving or getting your internet revoked or your car impounded or evicted from your residence?

Tracking the COVID-19 Recession’s Effects on Food, Housing, and Employment Hardships

Are you being served a subpoena to answer for your social media activity

CA podcaster gets visit from police after ‘lightly’ criticizing AOC on Twitter

Careful what you post online: Cops may show up at your door

or for having the wrong bumper sticker on your vehicle?

Are you observing military vehicles regularly patrolling in your neighborhood and documenting undesirable behavior?

Repeated National Guard missions in DC trigger frustration, denials

The sight of troops in Boston’s toniest neighborhood in recent days has been jarring

Hundreds of Pennsylvania National Guard members are stationed in neighborhoods across Philadelphia

Pritzker deploys Illinois National Guard troops to suburbs

Etc...

Is your family being rounded up and herded onto a bus by armed thugs? Are your neighbors or co-workers mysteriously disappearing overnight?

I guess we a should wait until that happens to complain about it or ward against it.

I'm trying to figure out exactly how your freedoms and liberties have been violated or eliminated entirely.

Doesn't seem like it.
