The mysterious South African decuplets - 10 babies or con?

So... It seems to me there's a 50% chance the hospital was completely ill-equipped to deal with 10 premature babies and lost all of them. If that's the case they did a great job of painting the mom to be metalbilly unstable and a fraud.

Also a 50% chance said mother is a fraud and scammed the country.

I to find myself in 2 minds.

I doubt they 'misplaced 10 very premature babies'.
