Unless they provide proof that they are Angels/Demons/Gods of our past.

Speaking of which, even Tom DeLonge with the "To the Stars Academy" has written books about these being "gods" of old and named his band, Angels and Airwaves. Don't expect this group to prove anything on them being extraterrestrial.

What if the aliens have a belief system not too different from our own -- or maybe it's not even a belief system, but something they scientifically proved eons ago -- where "souls" are dragged from the universal energy matrix and connected to a physical body, but it's either an accident or a punishment, and in the aliens' mind the kindest most wonderful thing they could do for a person is kill them as quickly as possible? They want to free everyone's soul to re-experience the communal bliss of universal energy, and are willing make a huge sacrifice and stay alive long enough to carry out this holy agenda.

And, like I said, they have undeniable proof of it. Imagine all of us viciously fighting the aliens for our lives because we're too stupid to understand that death is in our own best interests.
