Question for you:

How does one get convicted for second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter, all on one person?

Let's ignore the fact that Floyd was loaded full of drugs, and fought the police when they arrested him. Ignore that for now. Just ask yourself how does one commit unintentional murder and manslaughter?

Honestly this is confusing to me as well. How can any act be considered intentional and unintentional at the same time?

I think the idea is that it becomes felony murder. Unintentional death while wilfully commiting a felonious act, hence square peg in round hole.

I guess that's the best explanation we're gonna get? Still doesn't add up. It's almost like the jury was instructed to not allow the term "not guilty" to pop up under any circumstances. "shhhh we'll work through the technicalities later... But we can't have Minneapolis burn to the ground!".

You clearly didn't watch the trial and obviously are ignorant to the evidence.

That could be said of the jury.

The problem with the jury is that they have probably been watching the news.

How? They were incommunicado. Probably?

Got any evidence for this?

Then why did the Judge feel the need to warn them about seeing any news? Doesn't sound like "incommunicado" to me.

Please get a grip.

Wow, you must have commented to the wrong person. You didn't even take into consideration what I said. Now, how about doing that and explaining why the Judge warned the jurors not to watch any news. Bet you won't do that, you're too blind. But, prove me right. I'll be waiting. (Forever, probably.)

Why? Cos it's normal practice. What's your problem with that?

Forever? Not.

You're getting further and further mixed up in your mind. I already knew it was normal practice for a Judge to instruct the jury to not listen to the news. You then said, they couldn't have been influenced because they were incommunicado. If they were truly incommunicado, the Judge wouldn't have had to warn them. Do you see how what you said had no bearing to reality. Well, I guess you don't or you wouldn't keep trying to argue.

Same thing happened to me a few pages back. I don't think Chauvin is guilty of murder..so KKK white supremacist.

They want you to get upset and try to prove you are not racist, while no one has done more to promote and set racism back 100 years than the mental midgets who have misused the term to shut down any discussion contrary to their beliefs. I laugh at them when they try to insinuate I am something that I am not and it drives them nuts. The trap they set becomes worthless to them when you don't play their game.

Traps? I couldn't care less about these games, if these people who I don't know and will never meet want to paint me in a way that fits their little life missions because I disagree with their opinion well, I don't #ing care.

I genuinely think a case could be made for jury tampering

The jury was not tampered with. What you are actually trying to say is jury influencing. There is a difference.

Fair enough. I appreciate the clarification.

Kinda like how Lynne wood and "Q" duped those who aren't too bright.

Ah, yes. "Q"

"Communist Democrat Handbook Of Snappy Comebacks And One-Liners Useful For Deflection" snappy comeback #7 - "Q."

You get an "A" for memorizing your lesson book and using those words in a sentence.
