I read something odd, but Southerners probably don't know any better.
Apparently a lot of people are losing food in their fridge/freezer due to lack of electricity.
Some food safety experts say you shouldn't store food outside due to temperature fluctuation.
You know what you can do? Fill up buckets with water (if you have some) stick them outside to freeze
and put that in your fridge/freezer. Keep the door closed as much as possible.
If you have coolers, you can do the same thing or fill up with snow.
