He was hastily Impeached by nothing but a because-we-want-to bunch of radical politicians with severe TDS. It was a farce and everybody knows it.

Yeah? Okay? It still happened and now he can send out the winners he has now to defend him at the Senate trial. Was so hoping it'd be the A team of Powell, Giuliani and Wood.

And you should know by now I have no intention of answering any of your non sequitur questions.

Because you don’t want to self incriminate your wrong.

If you can only make stupid one liners, and not effectively debate. You probably should get a different career.....

No, because you like setting up tangential strawman arguments.

So. The impeachment was done / voted on when they know Trump would not be holding office.

Is that false.

What. That if he is a criminal, try him like any other citizen. And that if he was found guilty of a felony, he would not be able to run for President again.

Actually, brohan, the impeachment was done and voted on while he was President. You need to get your facts straight and maybe pick up a copy of the Constitution so you can get your terminology down.

Who's to say both won't happen since the Congressional process is wholly separate from a criminal court proceeding.

You really are so very confused.

Incitement is felony. Is that false.

What do you think high crimes and misdemeanors are?

If there is evidence of a crime, try Trump like a criminal?

Are you saying the required evidence is different between an impeachment vs a criminal court?

The second impeachment of Donald Trump, the 45th president of the United States, occurred on January 13, 2021, one week before his term expired. The House of Representatives of the 117th U.S. Congress adopted one article of impeachment against Trump of "incitement of insurrection", alleging that Trump incited the January 6 storming of the U.S. Capitol. These events were preceded by numerous unsuccessful attempts by Trump to overturn the 2020 presidential election, as well as his pushing of baseless voter fraud conspiracy theories about the election.

He was impeached when they know he did not win re-election.

Impeachment is to remove a president from office for criminal actions.’

Is Trump in office now?

If Trump conducted any “high crimes” or misdemeanors try him like a criminal like any other US citizen.

Is he the president right now, or a citizen?

Impeachment is to try him as president. He is not president.

He is already “removed” from office

He should be tried as a citizen.

Now.

Same thing with Brett Kavanaugh.

He was accused of really heinous acts.

If he is a criminal, try him.

I am tired of the house and senate being used to bear false witness with no consequences for those bring false accusations / or exaggerated claims. Sad I cannot even use the term exaggerated charges. Charges implies some sort of due process.

See a pattern to the political circus?

Maybe you you could site precedent that supports your stance, oh, wait, the precedent already exists to try persons impeached and then who then left office subsequent to the trial.

Where does it state that in the constitution?

And doesn’t mean it’s constitutional...

Some examples were congresses errored in judgement

Acts of Congress Held Unconstitutional in Whole or in Part by the Supreme Court of the United States
