Surprise surprise, you've chosen one example and extrapolated that across the myriad undeniable instances of Trump's lies. You're like the people who claim kayleigh didn't lie constantly.

Honestly my dude, at this point, if you genuinely claim that Trump didn't frequently lie then you're either very unintelligent (which I don't believe is the case) or buried so deep in your own cognitive dissonance that you refuse to see the reality.

Disclaimer: I do not dispute that all parties lie. But Trump's lies were almost constant and akin to propaganda rather than political posturing.

Accepting that the guy you put all your faith in was a scam artist all along is naturally a tough one for people. At least lots of the QAnon crazies are accepting it now but the trumpists seem staunchly devoted despite him taking their money and running away.

But then people this easily led are why you see Christian evangelists making hundreds of millions of dollars from their Tony Robbins style shows.
