Sounds like Conflict of Interest.

Definitely and I think that’s the main route they are going to try to take on this. It may be the only semi viable way they can approach it at this point.

Yep, everyone has had their identity stolen at some point. If it resides on a server somewhere, someone has covertly or overtly removed that data for analysis.

You can try and seal them, the bad guys just find new ones. Happens every single day. With the platform being what it is, you actually may end up with Hacktivists going after them as well, which is fairly rare to see these days as extortion and ransomware have been the preferred methods since 2018.

No it isnt a trap,but it was backdoor hacked and the data stolen by a hacker. They are just claiming it was legal so they can use the info.
