You may not always like the sources but the ones that have been vocal are the reporter for OAN, I have heard it from a few people at fox, if I remember correctly I believe Steve Bannon has said he saw them as well as the Chinese reporters in there video from late September.

Again I don’t know if they are true but for people to come forward with that kind of accusation is pretty damning regardless of source and sets them up for major litigation if untrue. Would they risk that much? We will find out

That, to me, is a total stretch and I would think it would violate all types of ethics regulations about evidence and client privilege.

I think it's a stretch as well! And I would think there would have to be some rules or regulations -- if not laws -- that would preclude an attorney from taking such evidence from a guilty pedo client to hide his crimes. And though this wouldn't apply to the computer shop guy, I would think the same rules, regs, laws would apply to him.

However, if someone is charged, then wouldn't the evidence turned over to defense during discovery necessarily include the child porn? So at some point, defense attorneys must have possession of child porn?

I think there have been cases where if you get a lawyer involved and get special permission or watch with them it takes some legal issues away.

Didn’t Pete Townsend from the WHO have this issue a few years ago where they found him watching it on his computer but he said he was doing research for something due to his alleged abuse and was backed up by his lawyer or something like that.

Yes, that's called discovery but it would be illegal to disseminate child porn from that.

He pleaded guilty to accessing child pornography and thanks to celebrity cronyism, he got off with a warning. Scotland Yard still wants him to be punished to this day.

Yes, it would... not just making copies to distribute but even allowing it to be viewed by anyone outside the legal team.

If what the OP alleges is true, Guiliani needs to be in prison too. Child porn is child porn. Sitting there and watching/editing film/images is no different than the pervs doing the same.

Sounds like a legal detente. If all of this is true, then why has the FBI not acted on it? Could it be it would reveal their bias? If kid porn was found on that laptop my last concern is Guliani having it. WHY did the FBI not act on it???? That is the first obstacle to all of this if true! Hate on the man all you want, the FBI potentially protecting a politicians kid involved in kiddie porn would still be the bigger story. And lets face it the FBI would never recover from that kind of bombshell.

Wish I could remember where I read this and how credible the source was but I did read this. I also don’t want to spread misinformation so.....take this with a grain of salt until we hear otherwise. Although it certainly fits his drug riddled MO.
