Pakistan and India certainty do need to be brought into the fold.

How on Earth Pakistan continues to slip through the cracks in all this is beyond me. That country is partly controlled by Islamic extremists.

The Pakistan government is a secular republic, and it's nuclear integrity is assured by the US DoD.

It's why Pakistan and India haven't nuked each other yet.

The problems this world has and we are still pointing nuclear weapons at one another???

The best accord would be to get rid of the things.

We can make a hell of a mess on par with the likes of a small scale nuke using more conventional means anyhoo these days that does not make the place glow in the dark for the next few 1000 years.

Once they get the technologies of the likes of hypersonic missiles down and refined the kinetic impact alone will be enough to destroy just about anything on Earth.
