I am in luck down not much to do on a saturday night, other thsn have a few vb's.

I have been a member for a long time, and usually read threads, though with dictator dan thIs has really I pissed me off. And I decided to post a few threads to let the world know how crap it is in vIctoria.

Agreed, the odd thing is this aicraft is not taking a direct landing approach to moorabbin airport or essendon airport. If this craft was carrying a casualty I would thing it would be heading straight in for l anding other than doing long circuits over the south east of Melbourne

Also the fixed wing on flightradar hsve their transponders active, so this is what I found odd. Even tonight the same craft was on statiin, I could see it with binoculars, though not on flightradar.

No. I ment the 50c Chinese censorship army. Apparently that is what they get paid to delete a post. some 20c and 10c ones around as well. This interview between Solihin Millin and the Victorian Police discusses some of the legal and scientific grounds for helping to organize the Sept 5 Freedom day protests. Solihin does ask for Dan Andrews and a few others to be arrested. He is working with Serene Teffaha and looking forward to his day in court.

I have not joined this, so no first hand experience, but i think it is worth to look now, specially in Australia

We address the barrage of questions we’ve received about the protests being organsied for the 5th of September, how to prepare yourself for those, and we also refer to some other news that has just come through this weekend as well.

The Know Your Rights Group discusses a lot of issues around the Sept 5 protest. It clearly defines where the law is when it comes to any interactions with the police. You do have to give your name and address if asked. You can only be fined once if you do attend. it is looking like a lot of these fines are being thrown out in court, join up with the class action.

Jacquie Dundee does talk about some of the bigger legal issues going on around the protest. The Attorney General of Victoria has stated that the Chief Medical Officer directives do not override our rights.

Sam Newman is a media personality in Victoria and has come out with his support for the protest. A peaceful expression of solidarity.

It is makes some waves and getting some lash back. Things are building up for a big crowd.

Lawyer Serene Teffaha explains the Law re: Bio-Security Act - forced medical measures & procedures

This links to a video on Brighteon where Serene Teffaha reads through parts of 2015 Federal Biosecurity Act and compares it to some of the legislation currently being used in Victoria. Where there are incompatibilities, the federal act does take precedence.

It does expose the unreasonable response in Victoria. A person does have a right to a presumption of innocent, a medical health order on valid once it is proven that an individual is infected. This standard is not being meet with the current testing procedures.

This video presents a troubling implication with these lock down directives. While a man was taking his bins out, he was threatened by police and told that they do not need a warrant to enter his house. Unless these tyrannical measures are pulled back, it is in human nature to become more extreme and exploit these powers.

I'll be at work.
I'll be wearing a mask.
I'll be washing my hands.
I dont agree with the police being able to enter my house without a warrant.
I fear catching the virus, passing it on, and causing the death of our society's weakest. (people like my parents)
I'm in a bit of a bubble as I already live alone, and I am able to continue to work.
So my opinion comes from a place of not being affected much by this virus.
Sometimes I get jealous of all the people getting their $1500 per fortnight and being able to crack a beer at 2 in the arvo, while i continue to work for around the same amount of money as the government is giving.

The police break down the door and tackle this guy for saying on social media that he will try and attend the protest. He was not advising others to attend, they will do as they will.

The Authorities look desperate trying to keep a lid on this can of worms. With all this media silence and censorship it is keeping the ignorance high.

It was a pretty lonely place at 11am at the shrine of remembrance. Kinda how Bill Heffernan was on some issues. Anyway, my thoughts where with the people of Melbourne.

It fells like walking into hell visiting that shire, the live lost, the battles. There is also some hope there, what are we fighting for? That motherly spirit of the rainbow serpent is one answer.

I meet with Alan, had a few drinks, meet some locals from Uluru and found another protest at 2pm to join. Got to grab the mike, kept it quick.
