What is guilt and how did it evolve?

I have a spine that is slightly deformed, I'm not considered physically disabled but I do think I'm mentally traumatised and it's psychosomatic.

Not sure why I'm sharing this.

It's been a long road so far.

You make it this far so something is still working. A lot of things do look to be heating up, lot of powerful forces on both sides coming up to the November election. Danger zone sounds about right. Good time to get right with god if push does come to shove.

How can anyone be honest about what they do?

Being honest with yourself is always a good start. Family can be good for a lot of people, this is where blood is thicker than water comes from. From there, friends, associates, the community.

As for how to be honest, building a connection with reality helps. Some things we do know, some things we don't and there is a lot of hazy stuff in between. Stick to the things that you can be certain about while remaining open about the things you don't know or have some doubt about.
