I side now more on the side that Francis is the last pope, Petrus Romanus, of the Roman Catholic Church. And I stress Roman.

Now I think it is wrong to assume that a young priest or a bishop, even if outside Vatican structures, will ever be able and allowed to change those structures to something better. The experiment with the trained Jesuit outside Rome, cardinal Bergoglio, showed it didn't work. For 7+ years he couldn't do much. And not because he didn't want but because he was stopped, blocked, dragged by the all powerful status quo. So...brace for the hurricane, after we were shown clearly the breeze of change doesn't work well in Rome.
