If it is discovered that an astronaut who has been in space for several months has contracted Coronavirus, is it safe to say that Sinister E.T.s are behind this disease?

They'll get a little sick, rest and drink a lot of fluids, and get better. Astronauts have flown with colds and flu before.

Have there been any astronauts showing symptoms?

They usually keep these people segregated before and after a journey into low earth orbit, before so as to check for disease and after to run tests and help with recuperation.

So I'm sure the doctors dealing with then may notice.

We'd likely see a different sort of panic...? Just as big but different.

If they do contract coronavirus can we assume that there is an extra terrestrial cause for it? That is what I'm asking.

Thank you for answering the question I posed.

My bet is on nature so pretty terrestrial.

What makes you think the Covid 19 virus originated anywhere but down here on Earth?

Its an interesting hodgepodge of stuff. I suspect they could in an emergency get something up there to bring them back in 7 days but the kit. As noted they also have a manual on burial in space
I also can't begin to imagine how difficult a zero g appi would be

Might have had one to many, and seen one to many Romero movies, but I would say its a matter of time before something is caught planetside that does not originate from here.

Certainly, put a new spin on where the likes of the Spanish Flu came from.

Just a premonition along with asking a general question to see what extraterrestrial buffs think.

We'd potentially have two major crises to deal with.

Well, we all made of stardust, with almost every element on Earth formed at the heart of a star.

But I'm hardly telling you anything you don't know.

Uhhhh . . . just off the top of my head . . . I'd think keeping a 6 foot distance would be more than a little problematic?

Otherwise, I suspect officials could get some top flight meds (known or secret) up to kill it ASAP.

How exactly would an astronaut -- who's been isolated in space for months -- contract ANYTHING?

Everything is from space.

I can agree with that, since there is no argument anyway.
