Tonight, President Donald Trump will deliver the annual "State of the Union" address, at 9pm Eastern.

It will be Live Streaming at: www.whitehouse.gov... with Senator Bernie Sanders delivering the Democrat's response immediately afterward.

In his report to the nation, the President will describe how America and Americans have become more prosperous since January 20th of 2017, when he assumed the top leadership position of our great nation.

For those who haven't looked recently, the list of accomplishments for our country and its citizens has continued to grow, almost on a daily basis.

Hundreds of USA Improvements Under President Trump's Leadership: www.magapill.com...

Tomorrow, the U.S. Senate will vote on whether or not to remove President Trump from office, because he "abused his power" by asking Ukraine to investigate whether or not Americans were involved in corruption within that country.

Wednesday @ 4 pm Eastern: The Senate will vote on the two articles of impeachment, which charge Trump with abuse of power and obstruction of Congress.
More at: www.foxnews.com...

It is NOT expected the required minimum of 67 Senators will find Donald Trump "guilty", thereby forcing him to vacate the office of the Presidency.

But, after listening to President Trump describe how much better-off America and Americans are since we elected him to office, how can ANY elected U.S. Senator, less than 24 hours after the SOTU address, render a GUILTY verdict against him in good conscience?

A vote to remove President Trump from office, is telling Americans that you do not want them to have a better quality of life. That is probably political suicide.. isn't it?

It would be more fun if all Americans could WIN together!

If EVERY U.S. Senator could see that the U.S. House Impeachment of President Trump was nothing more than a Kangaroo Coup, and vote to ACQUIT him tomorrow.

Less than 24% of Democrats identify as Progressives. Still, even those radicals, and their families, benefit when America is doing well.

Yes! Everyone rows the boat in the same direction and you win the race faster.

Anti-Trumpism is a form of hysteria. They would rather the country be destroyed than to see Trump win. If Trump does a good job their claims will be proven false, their credibility ruined, their efforts a complete waste of time, and they will forever be on the wrong side of history.

I am hoping that U.S. Senators want what is best for the population that elected them. These intelligent Senators can't deny that America is more prosperous since President Trump took the helm. Which means the majority of people in their districts are doing better today than they were 4 years ago. Voting to remove the President who made that possible, is just plain crazy...to put it mildly.

Everytime they do these rebuttals it backfires. Bobby Jindal, the drooling red headed Kennedy and then the obese black woman who is still claiming she won a race she definitively lost.

Pretty much a political death sentence and probably why they want Bernie doing it. He'll get up there and complain how horrible things are despite a booming economy and record low unemployment. Not going to bring in moderates doing that stuff.

what the hell ???????????????

if any president has broken the law , violated thier oath of office - and committed impeachable offences - then any sane sanator should vote impeach - if the evidence is compelling

is this a trick question ???

any " good things " - they have done - are irrelevant

having said that this impeachement is a farce - that even eclipses the brexit fiasco my nation has to endure - and trump should not be imbeached for the crap presented by the democrat idiots

Pretty simple, Trump did something wrong. Past actions don't absolve you of future wrongdoings.

While I think Trump was better than the alternative.... My life is vastly similar to before his election, and I'd venture to guess that's the case for many Americans. Federal spending is still going up (congress, but he's signed off on some of it), debt is still increasing... So to me, he's similar to his predecessors.

That said, I don't think he should be removed.

It's kinda funny. If socialism improved lives where it was instituted, in have a feeling conservatives would be open to it. Instead it has destroyed every place it's been tried

On the other hand, every where free market capitalism has been tried it has improved lives.

I'm not a fan of the far left, I also don't think their policies would work in America like they do in Europe with smaller populations.... But that statement is untrue.

I assume by socialism you mean Healthcare and college. It works a few places in Europe. On the inverse, capitalism has hurt some countries, mainly because larger ones exploit them. Look at a lot of South America.

I don't think we can speak in absolutes on that.

Further more, much of the right wing don't support a truly free market. Much of our industries are subsidized.... Creating an edge for those who receive it (corporate socialism).

Just to play devils advocate, there is one place and time socialism actually helped and improved lives. Nazi Germany, circa 1938; prior to militarism becoming dominate, along with Xenophobia leading to mass destruction. From a political stand point the socialist properties of the government helped the German people. It was the rampant other parts of the government that destroyed them. Think of it this way. Socialism, the common good, when combined with traditionalism, actually balances quite well, if kept in check. For that matter, Socialism balances well with Progressism, if checked in check too. The issue is that every government swings far left and right as it ages. As a result, you only have a sweat spot of a couple years to a decade before the far left or right become dominant and all hell breaks lose. That is the issue with Socialism in and of itself, it allows for majority rule, and the issue with that is that far too many people are too stupid for good governance. With Majority rule, the politicians are forced to cater to the vote, and as a result, then have to give more and more, eventually the government becomes a cess pool of corruption, malfeasance, and destroys itself either by policy, as evidenced by Venezuela, Civil strife, as evidence in the millions that died in China, or Russia; economic degradation, and recession(Britian and Scandanavia) or by war, (Hitler). Socialism itself isn't a bad thing, IF you control your borders, control your immigration, control your healthcare and education, improve your infrastructure. However it never ends there. With the swings, it just eventually goes nuts and destroys any nation that attempts either through internal conflict, or outward conflict. I equate socialist to idealist. They have a fairy tale image of jesus handing out bread to the masses. The problem in today's politics is that Jesus would probably have been arrested for not having a permit to hand out bread, and be thrown in jail for practicing medicine without a license. Further, just as the romans, Jesus probably would have had a bullet in his head for encouraging peace. Every government needs a boogey man to keep the population in control. As an example, the USA. First it was the indians, then the french, then the british, then the pirates, the south, then the spanish, germans, then poor, then the fascists, then the commies, then drugs, the muslims, then terrorists because muslims is racist, then drugs and terrorists, and now, its the terrorists, drugs, left calling right traitors and vice versa. A government needs to keep the people disorganized, because if they ever realized that the idiots in charge sucked, and had an educated moderate population, the swings wouldn't occur, and those swings is what make people rich and powerful.

Ummm...well...they've already accomplished all of that...they did that today...

They also did that yesterday...and the day before that...and they'll continue to hover around that particular flame tomorrow as well...

Which thoroughly disproves that...when your at the very bottom...every direction from there is up...

Cause they can...and will...dig deeper...

While this whole thing is a sham, waste of resources, waste of elected officials time.... At least it's funny.

So far my favorite is Harry Potter got quoted and used. Also the Alaska might go to Russia under Trump is super hilarious. I probably should be sad that hyperbolic speculation is being used in a very rare legal proceeding at the highest levels... But all of this is a long time coming, so I'm going to at least laugh.

On the bright side, I'll celebrate any circus and clown show at this point. At least politicians aren't hiding anything anymore. There is no ruse of decorum or professionalism. It's clown world... And if the people don't wake up to it with it being this glaring, anything that happens to our government at this point is on us, the people.

We could all blame politicians, as easy of a cop out that is. But truth be told, it's still a Democratic republic. If less than half participate, and lesser than that actually actively involve themselves in keeping up with what's going on... Society is our problem, not the government.
