That is the literal equivalent of saying "Hmmmm...... I am unsure whether or not my furnace/AC has any effect on the climate within my house?" and trying to say that with a straight face.

Cannot believe how much English bashing is going on on this page. I really don't understand it. You are right that my knowledge has come from the old timers. My mentor was Ted Iengersoll, he has pasted, his father started kodak and his fathers brother started Ingersoll Rand. Ted used to play cards ever Friday night in Kansas city with Harry Truman. Told me he was a hell of a card player. I remember Ted telling me about politics back in the thirties how corrupt they were and he said it was the same today and that was in the eighties. I had met him when I was 7 and he owned a company T O plastics. I was a foster child and for some reason he took an entrust in me. When I got out of the military he offered me a job at his company, I went to work for him in 66 I started in maintenance ended in engineering. My small claim to fame is I designed a new plastic product and the factory line, that turned out to be the number one selling new plastic product in 85 He then sold his company and asked me to start a new company with him. the company was called Product automation Inc. There I designed a new type of inline thermoforming machine for cpet plastic. He was the president of the university club in St. Paul Mn. He had taken me there when I was young and I met people that had worked with Tesla and Edison, and this was where I first heard about a mini nova hitting the earth. I remember that I sat there listening to all there theories of God and history. I could go on but this is ramblings of an old man.

Plate tectonics is a scientific theory through, describing the large-scale motion of seven large plates and the movements of a larger number of smaller plates of the Earth's lithosphere, meaning all that Adam and Eve bull crap just would not fly.

They are the recurrent novae's.
