So I wrote what I wrote and read what the other reporter wrote. Did you read the attached article?

Yeah, super light on detail, sounds like a hysteric wrote it to get a rise out of stupid people. A.K.A. 'Clickbait'.

Why Breakfast Can Save Your Life by Mehmet Oz, MD

Speaking of 'did you read this', did you read this? He's not advocating eating Timmy Ho's for breakfast, even if they have 'real American cheese'.

Coffee has benefits for those who tolerate consumption.

Link.

Fast food breakfast sandwiches dont really have benefits besides being food.

I'm not a Mr.

My total Cholesterol is 180. I eat a very limited amount of junk food. The Mc D's coffee was without cream and NO food?

You asked if I read it and I said 'yeah'.

But his or my opinion shouldn't stop anyone who wants to be a fat ass.

Yea the cereal is weird. I never knew that as I grew up with REAL Timbits:

Timbits is the name of a bite-sized fried-dough confectionery sold at the Canadian-based franchise Tim Hortons. Equivalent to the American "donut hole," they were introduced in April 1976.

What you sayin I am a fat ass? Hmm. I don't know about you but my waist is 34 and I can wear underpants. Plus I don't need to wear a tunic 24 /7 so as to allow one to waddle and walk like a duck. Ever see those types?

In fact hurry hurry with you junk as I am on the way to the gym and do my workout.

I don't know if you're bragging about eating "real" Timbits as a kid?

We all know the "eclair" was the height of Tim Hortons confections, and if your parents bought you one, you'd better stfu for the rest of the drive.

Why even support McD's? They are known as one of the worst in animal cruelty.

Im guessing you wouldn't dare torture a cat or dog? But animals with similar intelligence deserve torture because they are tasty?

Think about that next time you give fast food money

Doesn't raw meat subject your body to possible parasites? Sounds like a bad health tip

Once in awhile eggs and bacon is great. Every day? With a triple helping of carbs? Just get yourself a tub of Crisco and a spoon, it'll work faster.

I'm not that into the keto diet to start eating that Crisco crap. I used to eat bacon and sausages with toast almost every day when I was skinny. My problem was meeting a wife who loves breads and pastas. Having reactive hypoglycemia all my life, I learned long ago not to eat high sugar and high carb foods in excess. Then I met my wife, it was all right when we ate out a lot, she ordered lasagna and I would order a fish dinner or sandwich or liver and onions.
