Had a quick look around and couldn't see this posted.

Everyone knows Trump is resisting releasing his tax returns and Deutsche Bank have recently revealed that they are in possession of said tax returns in recent court filings. We also know that Deutsche Bank were the only bank that would loan Trump money due to his history of bankruptcy. Now sources close to Deutsche Bank have, if reports are to be believed, revealed that there are Russians who co-signed on those loans.

source close to Deutsche Bank says Trump’s tax returns show he pays very little income tax and, more importantly, that his loans have Russian co-signers. If true, that explains every kind word Trump has ever said about Russia and Putin.

Lawrence O'Donnell

If true, I guess this would go a long way towards explaining Trumps reluctance to reveal any details on his finances. Given Juniors past admission that the Trump Organisation has all the financing it needs out of Russia this new disclosure does have some grounding in the truth.

Yeah ok, so Mueller, FBI, CIA, MI6, Soros, Brennan all missed this obvious piece of evidence?

I am only passing on news that has just come out. Mueller may well have this info but as Barr won't release the underlying evidence behind Muellers report the it remains an unknown. If trump loses his appeal and Deutsche Bank release those applications to the Congressional committees seeking them it sounds like the revelations could be devastating to Trump.

I wonder which oligarch signed them but it probably doesn't matter as they are all controlled by the man at the top.

The bank in question was under scrutiny for laundering illegal Soviet Russian rubles. And has been one of trumps cash flows for a while.

There is evidence trump has had ties to Russian investors, even his son admitted it.

The question isnt if, its did these investors help him win 2016 I guess. The investigation came up with loose ends and lead to no where. Either way, we will most likely never know.

Why forget it?

Plenty of threads on here are started on far less. The outcome of Trumps appeal to keep this info hidden has taken an interesting turn.

If it were true there would be some EVIDENCE of it somewhere wouldn't there??

If the evidence is there, which according to the link in the OP it is, then it is in Deutsch Banks possession and currently subject to Trumps appeal not to release in to Congress. Like I say, if he loses the case and the reports are correct then it looks pretty devastating to Trumps claims that he has no ties to Russia. Time will tell.

After 3+ years and 5 separate investigations if there was validity to this it would have been leaked by now.

We'll see, but I wouldn't hold my breath. Actually never mind, please do hold your breath.

SoOo... a real estate developer with international businesses has ties to ~gasp~...

A bank in a country outside of the United States.

Maybe if that is treason or something like that we should probably look at the tens of millions of dollars the Russians gave to the Clinton foundation.

Or maybe we should look at the technology Bill Clinton sold to the Chinese.

Or maybe Biden's ties to the Chinese.

Or that weird Uranium One deal.

Or John Kerry's close ties to Iran.

We probably shouldn't look very close at the Steel Dossier either...

I think at the end of the day that you should worry more about Germany's ties to Russian oil.

Oh wait... Trump already spanked Germany's ass for that one.

So you dont care if someone has been part of an international money laundering scheme?

At least the Clinton foundation is common knowledge. While trump attempts to hide it or disassociate with it.

One court disagrees with you that's why Trumps lawyers have appealed it.

So by your logic, "common knowledge" makes money laundering acceptable?

Are you sure you know where you're going with this unproven damning evidence?

Did I say it was ok? You're putting words in my mouth. The point is these people seem to be above the law. You dont see an issue with all this?

With the level of hatred for this guy it would have surfaced by now. No way is someone sitting on that info if it's so damning. He can't even eat two scoops of ice cream without it being a national outrage. This story was ripped apart by the seams then every thread pulled out for the past several years. There is nothing there. It was a ruse. If the media would just own it and report on real policies Americans care about they could easily take him down but, they won't.

So the Clintons never covered up their dodgy dealings? It's only common knowledge because the Clintons got sloppy.

I digress but the way you worded that post just reeks of Orange man bad.

Sorry, I hate typing that.

Don't Americans care if Trump lied on financial disclosures that prove he was beholden to money in the form of loans from a bank known to launder Russian money that he was only able to obtain due to Russian guarantees?
